A Brief Overview
The Lead Salesforce Engineer at Safelite works on an agile technology team, and is focused on building and operating digital experiences (websites and/or mobile apps) for Safelite clients and consumers. The Lead Salesforce Engineer has a deep technical knowledge of Salesforce and its integrations; they lead teams and supervise work on large projects and across multiple teams; and accomplish work through direction, delegation, and influence. They help set and maintain standards for the entire organization.
The Lead Salesforce Engineer successfully manages cross-team commitments and work completion, and improves productivity of teammates across multiple teams. They work between and across teams almost as much as with their own, participate in major projects and initiatives within and between teams, and are consulted for large projects and called in to solve tricky problems.
What you will do
Provide technical leadership to program, project, or development team for Salesforce
Lead team engineering activities through direction, influence, and delegation
Drive overall project design and estimates that meet both business and technology strategy needs during project scoping phases; collaborates with other IT teams to design integrations between applications
Reads specs and writes code according to specification using patterns and languages approved by Technical Lead and Architect; adhere to best practices and end-user requirements
Leads the design process that generates application functional and technical specifications (JAD, Three Amigos)
Collaborates with Product Owner, UX, IT Leadership, and business stakeholders to plan changes to a product for enhancements and new features; demonstrates business knowledge by actively participating and providing relevant suggestions and insight.
Collaborates with IT Leadership and other Lead and Senior Engineers to improve overall architecture, design, and processes within the Digital organization
Coaches and trains members of the engineering team on code structure, patterns; review and approve pull requests, and provide feedback on overall code quality
Ensures security guidelines, compliance, and other business standards are followed to support the application
What you will need
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
7-9 years of experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools, including knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integration across Salesforce clouds (preferred)
Prior experience in configuration management, and release coordination (required)
Familiarity with managing or supporting licensing and permission management in Salesforce Service Cloud and other platforms (required)
Previous experience working across solutions or coordinating across different product areas. (cross-cloud Salesforce experience a plus)

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, Platform Systems Modernization (PSM) Operating Unit (OU) is seeking a Staff MechanicalEngineer to join our team at our Lake Charles, LA facility. Our team provides customers with support Special Mission Aircraft (SMA) heavy maintenance and modifications. This business area focuses on the support, design, analysis, modification, integration, ground and flight testing, airworthiness certification, and logistics support of airborne ISR platforms that are primarily highly modified commercial-derivative aircraft. This includes both Mission Equipment Package (MEP) Support, Platform Maintenance, and Platform/System Modification.
The Staff MechanicalEngineer should have knowledge of and experience with aircraft structural design/analysis as well as the various military, space, or aerospace standards commonly used in the defense and aerospace realm. In addition, the candidate should be familiar with aircraft maintenance and modification operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate will provide liaison support and develop detailed structural analyses in support of drawing release or aircraft repairs including but not limited to free body diagrams, internal or external loading and calculation of internal stresses. These analyses will be in support of Material Review Board (MRB), Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP) and fleet management activities.
The candidate should have knowledge of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), large transport aircraft structural design criteria, nonstandard repairs, and equivalent strength analysis.
Provides technical guidance to liaison engineers in the design and substantiation of aircraft structural modification integration and/or repairs.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, a team player, and possess the ability to research and effectively resolve technical issues both independently and as part of a large multi-disciplined team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills in order to coordinate with a variety of disciplines are also essential. This position requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to frequently changing requirements. The candidate will be required to effectively and efficiently work at offsite locations that may require travel.

Basic Qualification:

Key Responsibilities for your projects could be:
Engineering Design & System Development
Design, prototype, and iterate mechanical components and subsystems for Annihilator systems and support equipment.
Assist in the selection and specification of mechanical equipment including pumps, valves, fittings, and materials for high-temperature/high-pressure environments.
Support assembly, fit-up, and testing of newly fabricated equipment; identify and resolve mechanical interferences and installation issues.
Operations Support and Troubleshooting
Collaborate closely with site operators, technicians, and engineers to support day-to-day operations of the SCWO systems.
Investigate and resolve mechanical failures or equipment anomalies, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures, equipment setup guides, and operating protocols for mechanical systems.
R&D and Process Optimization
Collaborate with chemical/process engineers to translate theoretical concepts into testable mechanical solutions (e.g., injection hardware, quench systems, thermal shielding, brine handling).
Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend mechanical or operational changes to increase system uptime, throughput, or maintainability.
Assist in designing and executing long-duration reliability tests to characterize mechanical component performance over time under SCWO-relevant conditions.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge and/or experience in process engineering design.
Strong safety record and mindset.
Experience with CAD modeling
Excellent problem-solving and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
GPA of a 3.0 or better
Preferred Qualifications
Prior coursework with a "B" or better grade in Thermodynamics and Fluids
