Essential Functions:
Obtains a detailed medical history on the patient and consults with the surgeon regarding patient structures at risk and modalities to be monitored
Communicates monitoring information to the surgeon and the surgical team throughout the case
Displays and labels waveforms for marking, measuring and calculating information such as latencies, amplitudes and conduction times following established guidelines and protocols
Identifies appropriate protocols and performs troubleshooting techniques to assure accurate data collection
Completes all required documentation and accurately prepares all IOM logs, files, and timely file uploads
Maintains all neuromonitoring equipment and conduct required maintenance checks

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. The Talent Acquisition Associate will support and help lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the Business Management line of business. This role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support hiring managers throughout the hiring process and is responsible for screening, scheduling, interviewing, and recommending top talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in building high-quality teams that support the firm's continued growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring a high-quality and efficient candidate experience
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Conduct structured phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural alignment
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, job boards, etc.)
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear, data-driven recommendations
Coordinate interview processes, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, and feedback collection
Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices, market insights, and hiring decisions
Manage offer process in partnership with compensation, HR, and leadership, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and approvals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all hiring policies and regulations
Qualification
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of high- quality hires
Experience in professional services or finance is a plus
Proficiency with ATS platforms, ideally Workday and Linkedin Recruiter

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $70,000-80,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
