An Associate Provider Relations Network Analyst will:


Support Dental Provider Relations and Network Management's business plans and goals, and actively support the Cloud based network management system and related provider data system and processes. Support all aspects of the provider contracting process and management of provider data for all participating dental providers. Using the Cloud, complete the data entry requirements of all provider file additions, changes and deletions for all dental agreements, strive to ensure all provider data is updated and accurate. Triage and perform quality control for all dental provider contracts. Develop and maintain monthly and adhoc reports for Network Management. Provide analysis of data for network recruitment, support product development initiatives and management of the dental network. Facilitate transition of any ongoing reporting needs and files to LSV-IT. Assist, contribute and participate in the on going development and support of the Cloud database. Participate in the process of proposing process improvements and assists in the training of staff on cloud workflow processes. Prepare and monitor monthly provider audit reports for large group dental practices. Support provider training as needed, such as coordinating training session scheduling and assisting in the preparation of materials. Support all provider data-related projects as needed. Support the ongoing relationships with external vendors in support of the contract management process. Identify system related, credentialing and/or provider file processing issues along with proposed solutions. Participate in workgroups and attend meetings to represent the unit whenever necessary. Support innovative and creative solutions that result in increased levels of provider satisfaction. Share information and works in collaboration with all members of all teams towards LSV goals.



Essential Duties:



Develop and maintain internal reporting and dashboards for dental network operations management and internal staff. Facilitate transition of any ongoing reporting to LSV-IT. Provide in depth analysis of provider data for network recruitment. Support the annual fee allowances analysis. Facilitate transition of any ongoing reporting to LSV-IT. Assist in the annual review of provider manuals. Serve as a SME in the development and ongoing maintenance of the Cloud Database, identifying issues, recommending enhancements, and training staff on workflow processes. Prepare and monitor monthly provider practice audits for large group practices, Perform data transactions for dental providers in Cloud. Prepare provider contracts for execution. Ensure accuracy of provider data, prepares and mails provider agreements for network recruitment. Verify disruption reports. Support provider training as needed. Contribute to the preparation of collateral materials. Assist with the provider credentialing and re-credentialing process including license verification process. Actively participate in initiatives and projects to support Network Management's business plan and goals. Assist with additional provider data-related projects as needed.



Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



Knowledge of provider networks and reporting Highly proficient in MS Office skills, preparation of excel spreadsheets Ability to prioritize work flow and work independently but coordinate efforts within a team Ability to analyze data and present to audiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact with managers and directors Ability to synthesize data from divergent sources and create a final product with a consistent look and feel



Required Education and Experience:



Associate's degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years analytical experience in reporting; Demonstrate advanced proficiency in data manipulation, report generation and fact based analysis. Or, equivalent military experience



Preferred Education and Experience:



Bachelor's Degree Analytical experience in health or dental reporting. Experience in provider servicing, contracting, developing dental contracts and collateral materials. Experience and competency in Excel and Access databases and configuring reports from those databases. Proven analytical and problem solving experience.
