Key Responsibilities:
When assigned to the sales floor:
* Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
* Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
* Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions

When assigned to the cash wrap:

Use scanners to read product barcodes and ensure accurate order processing

Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated locations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company policies
Perform other essential and non-essential duties as assigned to support warehouse operations
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Willingness and ability to learn, retain, and apply job-related processes and procedures
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to successfully pass a background check
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT:
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds safely
Ability to push order carts weighing up to 60 pounds
Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
