The Associate role is primarily responsible for a portfolio of loans to ensure the insurance obligations as required through loan documents and various investor requirements are maintained by analyzing property, liability, and regional perils to mitigate coverage limits, deductible and other identified deficiencies through correspondence with the Borrower and the Agent to bind adequate coverage on an annual basis. Works with individual students or small groups of students to reinforce learning of material or skills initially introduced by the teacher. Conducts learning exercises with small groups of students. Operates and cares for equipment or instructional materials assigned by the teacher. Alerts the teacher to special needs of individual students. Guides independent study, enrichment work, and remedial work set up and assigned by the teacher. Provides escort and assistance to the children as necessary. Distributes and collects workbooks, papers, and other materials for instruction. Assist teacher in maintaining neat work and study areas. Assist with supervision of children during regular play periods, field trips, assemblies or emergency drills.
