Job Description:
The Associate Print Producer is a supporting role to the Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh print production team.
This includes creating partnerships with suppliers to not only continually create production efficiencies, but also manage an intricate network of custom platforms to both Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh needs.

This role will engage with internal and external partners to identify needs, collaborate with partners to create effective solutions, and ensure final products represent the quality of the Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh brands.

The Associate Print Producer is a member of the Global Marketing Operations team and reports to the Senior Print Producer. This position is based in Austin, TX and will require 50% of your time in our downtown HQ office (550 Bowie St). Responsibilities: Support various production projects in a high-volume, quick-turn retail environment for both Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh. Management of print production and fulfillment of in-store signage, regular promotions & event kits, weekly circulars, and miscellaneous collateral
Gain understanding and functionality of current portals for item/quantity ordering systems and on-demand print requests for store and marketing stakeholders' needs Foster strong relationships with marketing stakeholders and Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh to create regular engagement and collaboration Partner and engage with Procurement to assess needs, efficiency, and best-fit partners without bias Create win-win partnerships with vendors as partners Drive overall operational excellence by actively engaging in marketing plans and processes
Manage operational and functional changes across various teams through creation of standard operating procedures and training materials Provide regular reporting on production tracking, needs, expenses and recommended improvements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 2 years' professional experience managing print production, working in fast-paced brand or agency environment Thorough understanding of printing process including paper/substrates, materials, coatings, etc., including a knowledge of earth-friendly and materials sourced from recyclables Desired experience of having successfully lead creation or management of internal or 3rd-party custom order and fulfillment platform Experience in intricate direct mailings with USPS requirements to ensure final asset adherence Experience in managing production budget & expenses; ability to forecast financial needs
Experience with Canada and UK print production vendors desired Collaborative spirit to work with all internal and external stakeholders to gain consensus and clarity Keen listener to understand Team needs and create solutions Resourceful self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity Position located in Austin, Texas at Whole Foods Market Global Headquarters

Purpose Statement: Responsible for supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. Applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks. Acquiring a working knowledge of product flow and impact of quality. Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required. Must have a working knowledge of production standards and production goals. May assist in cross training focus factory members as instructed. This position receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments, and works on assignments that are generally routine in nature. Education/Experience Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.One (1) year of related experience in electronics production/manufacturing is preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

Other Qualifications:
Basic Computer Skills.Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Good oral and written communication skills are necessary.Attention to detail.Ability to learn and be comfortable completing different tasks on a frequent basis.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of shift.Ability to frequently reach at waist and occasionally above head.Ability to carry up to 10lbs and lift up to 45lbs.Ability to use fine motor skills and occasional use of hand tools.Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, and/or stoop.Ability to meet visual acuity requirements that are defined by defined industry certifications and customer specifications.

Work Environment:
The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.

FOX 35 is looking for our next behind the scenes rock star, who loves news and current events, and who's ultimate goal is to be a TV newscast or digital news producer.

This position is training ground for one of the most valuable roles in every newsroom: producer.
Associate Producers write clear, concise, conversational stories. Accuracy is non negotiable. If you struggle with spelling, grammar, and punctuation, this opportunity is not for you.
AP's work alongside anchors, reporters, producers, and managers to complete assignments on tight deadlines.
Daily duties include transcribing video and interviews, picking soundbites, designing graphics, and basic research of news events.
Every day you will develop strong news judgment and strategic thinking skills required of a news producer.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A strong foundation in journalism, mass communication, and/or media studies is preferred. Ideal candidate will be curious by nature, and approach every assignment with an open mind, eager to learn.
Preferred candidates must be strong writers open to daily feedback and critique aimed at career growth.
Must be well organized, able to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.
This position requires availability for overnight, early morning, night, weekend, and holiday schedules.
Minimum of 1 year experience as an Associate Producer preferrable but not required
