A Brief Summary of This Position The Product Line Welding Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving welding excellence across a designated product line within Valmont's manufacturing sites. This position provides technical direction, supports operational execution, and ensures alignment with Valmont's global welding strategy. The incumbent serves as the welding authority for their product line, collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering Design teams to implement best-in-class welding practices.
