Ensure business rules and compliance guardrails are embedded in campaign workflows.
Work with agencies and internal teams to deliver fit-for-channel, modular creative at scale.
Support change management by helping cross-functional colleagues (brand, field, PRC) adopt new ways of working.
Measurement & Optimization
Define KPIs for both HCP and patient engagement, including reach, engagement, adherence, and ROI.
Partner with analytics to build real-time dashboards and test-and-learn pilots that refine journeys continuously.
Recommend and scale successful tactics such as AI-triggered follow-ups, dynamic email sequencing, and targeted patient education campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
6-8 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with at least 3 years in omnichannel strategy or orchestration.
Demonstrated experience with omnichannel platforms (SFMC, Veeva CRM/Engage, Adobe, OCE) and modular content frameworks.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focusing on growth products at PLG SaaS organizations

+ Experience with A/B testing platforms, growth analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data insights into user experience improvements
+ Matrix management experience leading engineering and design teams
+ Proven ability to train and enable other PMs on growth practices and experimentation methodologies
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience building growth capabilities in organizations that balance between sales-led and product-led motions
+ Background in consumption-based or usage-based pricing model transitions
+ Experience with AI/ML applications in growth optimization and user personalization
+ Familiarity with developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise operations platforms
+ Track record building experimentation cultures across multiple product teams

This role offers the opportunity to re-build PagerDuty's growth capabilities from the ground up while driving significant business impact through improved user experiences, conversion optimization, and organizational experimentation maturity.
The base salary range for this position is 180,000 - 304,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy, roadmap and delivery of resident and homeowner-facing digital products, including HODA (Homeowner Digital Assistant) and related platforms. This role focuses on improving the resident and homeowner experience through technology solutions that support community operations and enhance service delivery.
The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and operations to ensure digital products meet business requirements, technical standards and user needs.
This position plays a key role in developing innovative property management technology that improves resident engagement, empowers community boards, and enables associates to better support the communities they serve.
Compensation: $120k+ annually, depending on experience

Your Responsibilities:
* Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for resident and associate experience platforms
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to inform product decisions
* Translate business needs and user insights into actionable features and enhancements
* Partner with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, engaging experiences
* Manage and prioritize product backlog; lead Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
* Define and track KPIs to measure product success and adoption

* Conduct discovery sessions with residents, board members, and associates

Skills and Qualifications:
