The Role

The Associate Product Manager will play a critical role in driving successful execution of multiple product roadmaps within the Digital Rewards & Loyalty space. This role will be responsible for agile product delivery, serving as the everyday point of contact for the cross-functional product team, including business, technical & design. Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior-level product managers on prioritizing user stories, balancing new features from the product roadmap, operational issues and technical debt Research user stories to clearly understand the intent and associated benefits Define product requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and accept/reject stories upon their completion in each sprint Manage sprint backlog and groom/refine user stories Define sprint goals at the beginning of each sprint Partner with design to conduct design reviews and with technology to conduct sprint demos Setup and manage standardized product reports, working closely with analytics team

The ESG Analytics Associate Product Manager is responsible for integrating ESG analytics in Portfolio Analysis as FactSet expands its efforts in collecting and developing ESG solutions. This role will have a significant impact on Analytics & Trading ( A&T's) Sustainable Finance reporting efforts including but not limited to: SFDR, EU Taxonomy, & EET.

FactSet's Portfolio Analysis (PA) product is the backbone of the analytics suite and the premiere portfolio analysis tool in the industry. PA is and will continue to be a main driver of ASV growth for FactSet. This product is one of FactSet's key competitive advantages and product differentiators.
Responsibilities

Build expertise in client's ESG workflows and identify pain points with a specific focus on sustainable finance reporting and regulations. Perform client market validation to understand the regulatory & sustainable finance reporting data requirements. Investigate and prioritize product development efforts centered around sustainable finance & ESG regulations to retain FactSet analytics clients and expand Portfolio Analysis's adoption across the industry. Collaborate with FactSet's regulatory team to properly understand global sustainable finance and ESG regulations and distill those requirements to product specifications for engineers and product developers. Collaborate with FactSet's content organization as they expand their ESG fundamentals data collection to ensure the analytics SBU and regulatory objectives are being met. Employ product management best practices to develop low or no code prototypes which can be leveraged as the basis for ESG and regulatory reporting. Oversee the product development lifecycle which includes market validation, product specification writing, testing, documentation, Go to Market activities and day to day product support. Maintain an up-to-date product roadmap & backlog which is influenced by current market conditions, client feedback and research in order to meet product & business lines KPIs Ensure sales and client support teams are educated on new product releases including implementation and support documentation along with sales collateral. Assist in building FactSet's ESG brand by attending conferences, writing thought leadership pieces, participating in panel discussions and being a subject matter expert on client meetings.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 4 years of experience with strong track record of performance Understanding of ESG, Climate and Regulatory Landscape Familiarity with portfolio analytics such as attribution, risk, performance and exposures reporting Strong knowledge of client workflows, competitive products, and PA's value proposition CFA designation (preferred) Exceptional knowledge of best practices in the Financial Development industry Independent problem-solver with ability to validate solutions Rapport-building skills with senior decision makers as well as broader sales and consulting stakeholders Ability to lead with inspiration and generate a culture where individuals and teams are driven to win

You will facilitate cross-functional relationships and decisions along the product lifecycle for all existing and new SMU product initiatives.

This position reports to our Category Manager, Bell CRD/Licensed Helmets and you get to work out our Scotts Valley office.
As an Associate Product Manager, you will have an opportunity to:

You have:
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.1-3 years' experience in a similar role.Experience working in sporting goods with product lines sourced both domestically and offshore (particularly in Asia) is highly desirable Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Illustrator and Photoshop.Collaboration experience with the following business functions: Demand creation, Data and market analytics, Supply chain planning, financial modeling, and Product development.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
