This is an execution-oriented role focused on leading the strategy, development, and scaling of our customer-facing portal and broader ecosystem. As a player and coach, this role will shape the customer experience of building on the FlexAnywhere platform and simplify the adoption of services. Role Focus:
* Digital Access: Deliver a best-in-class digital experience that simplifies the consumption of (and the management of) workloads on the FlexAnywhere Platform for all customer types. This includes the customer portal and integration of key systems with customers.
* Ecosystem: Build a robust ecosystem of destinations integrated into the FlexAnywhere Platform for customers to connect. You will facilitate the end-to-end ecosystem roadmap including partner evaluation, onboarding, integration, lifecycle management, and GTM alignment
* Platform Adoption: You will serve as the cross-functional champion for platform use-case development, aligning product, sales, solution engineering and marketing to create use cases that demonstrate the value of building on Flexential's digital infrastructure and connecting to our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Digital Experience Strategy & Execution
* Own the end-to-end customer portal experience, ensuring it is intuitive, self-service oriented, and value-generating.
* Strategy validation through detailed market evidence-driven business cases and financial analysis with a clear focus on why, how, and the financial benefit
* Drive overall adoption of the portal as a revenue center Identify, track, and manage portal KPIs and financial impact
* Translate customer and partner needs into clear portal requirements that enable scalable, intuitive consumption of Fabric, cloud on-ramps, and ecosystem services.
Ecosystem Development to Support Flexential Solutions
* Develop integration frameworks, APIs, and technical onboarding paths for new ecosystem partners, including cloud on-ramps, network interconnects, and GPU/AI service providers.
* Define and execute a clear strategy to grow the platform ecosystem, including APIs, third-party integrations, on-ramps, and partner enablement
* Ensure a diverse ecosystem providing customers access to the partners required to complete their solutions
* Identify, track, and manage ecosystem KPIs
* Produce technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and partner solution guides to foster adoption and ensure support.
Team and Cross Functional Leadership
* Maintains a focus on Leadership, Trust, and Teamwork throughout all engagements

Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience leading B2B programs in product marketing, event marketing, or related marketing roles
* BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent) required
* Experience in the enterprise technology sector, especially in data center, networking, cloud, or AI-driven solutions
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and organizational skills

* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
