In this role, you'll be responsible for working across teams including Product, Brand & Social Media, PR, Design, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, UX Research and Consumer Insights, and more to bring your vision for helping Strava's 120M+ athletes truly get the most out of their Strava experience to life. You'll serve as a key strategic partner to the Product team, using market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer research to influence product roadmap prioritization. Your market expertise will help shape feature development decisions, ensuring we build products that resonate with our diverse athlete community while driving business growth. You'll focus on marketing new and existing product features that reinforce the value of our progress, exploration, community, competition, and subscription features, while leading integrated marketing for some of our highest priority initiatives.
We follow a flexible hybrid model that translates to more than half of your time on‑site in either our San Francisco, CA or NYC, NY office - three days per week.

Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Virta is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts across our commercial business. At Virta, the B2B Product Marketing team drives market differentiation and growth through positioning, pricing, packaging, value-stories, partnership models, sales motions, new and expanded products and more. Product marketers get their “hands dirty,” sitting alongside our field-facing teams to ensure we maximize growth in a highly competitive and dynamic healthcare market. Responsibilities
Sales Enablement: Lead training and enablement for commercial teams including sales, client success, and marketing including live enablement and ongoing knowledge management programs.
Messaging & Positioning: Develop product positioning and competitively differentiated messaging based on user research, market insights, and product knowledge. Translate this messaging into sales presentations, talking points, objection handling, and enablement materials.
Lead GTM Initiatives: Including pricing, packaging, and performance guarantee updates and further our savings and ROI story in the market.
Product GTM: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective rollout.
Revenue Enablement: Partner closely with commercial teams and lead key growth initiatives driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Subject Matter Expertise: Become a product subject matter expert, evangelist and cross-functional leader who unites Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive business results.
90 Day Plan
Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
Immerse yourself in Virta's products, services, and go-to-market strategy
Build relationships with key internal partners including sales, customer success, marketing, product, clinical, product operations and more
Learn while doing by creating new sales facing GTM materials
Start supporting a few key B2B initiatives including commercial enablement, implement new sales tools, and B2B Messaging refresh.
Must-Haves
8+ years of experience in product marketing preferably in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or Enterprise B2B2C markets

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. About the Role
Product Marketing at Envoy is the role that turns what we build into what the market understands, wants, and buys. Every decision you make will show up in our growth: how customers describe Envoy, how Sales sells us, how Product prioritizes, and how the company wins (or loses) in competitive deals. This is not a “make the slides” job. This is high-stakes, high-accountability leadership-where you'll own our narrative, shape our go-to-market strategy, and raise the bar across positioning, pricing/packaging, launches, and enablement.
We're looking for a Director of Product Marketing who can build and lead this function from the ground up. That means you can think like a GM: you can set strategy, define success metrics, build the plan, align the org, and deliver outcomes.
This is a hybrid position that requires 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.
You need
10+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with 6+ years in Product Marketing.
4+ years leading and developing PMMs (or equivalent GTM leadership).
A track record of owning and improving positioning/messaging, launches, enablement, and competitive strategy that measurably moved pipeline and revenue.
Strong executive communication skills-clear, concise, persuasive, and calm under pressure
A bias toward action, clarity, and measurable outcomes.
You will
Meticulously own Envoy's product marketing strategy. You'll set the narrative, decide what matters, and drive execution.
Be accountable for GTM outcomes. You'll define success metrics (pipeline, conversion, adoption, retention, expansion) and you'll treat them like your personal scoreboard.
Build and lead a high-performing PMM team: hire, coach, set standards, create leverage, and hold a high bar for quality, urgency, and customer empathy.
Build world-class positioning and messaging rooted in customer truth, competitive reality, and sharp strategic choices.
Drive roadmap clarity and urgency. You'll define the narrative arcs and bets that should show up on the roadmap, and you'll hold Product accountable to timelines and outcomes.
Tell the story internally-to engineers, designers, PMs, Sales, CS, and executives-so the whole company understands what we're building, why it matters, and how we win.
Own launches end-to-end: segmentation, packaging, pricing implications, plans, internal readiness, external messaging, and post-launch measurement.
Drive pricing and packaging strategy in close partnership with Product and Revenue leadership-bringing the market POV, willingness-to-pay instincts, competitive landscape, and a hard-nosed understanding of tradeoffs.
Scale sales enablement: messaging architecture, pitch and demo narratives, one-pagers, battlecards, objection handling, discovery guides, sequences-whatever Sales/CS need to win.
Be the primary switchboard for market and customer feedback. You'll create the system: win/loss, deal reviews, research, advisory boards, field listening loops. You'll turn inputs into sharp recommendations Product can actually use.
Operate like an executive. You'll present to the leadership team regularly, write crisply, make decisions with incomplete info, and drive alignment without relying on org charts.
