About the Role
The Twitch Ad Products team's goal is to help streamers earn money by connecting them with brands they authentically endorse and offering the best ad experiences for their communities. We are looking for a product leader who has experience leading product initiatives from concept to successful launch. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with high levels of customer obsession, strong technical judgment, demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and products, and is an independent operator, experienced working across teams to deliver on behalf of customers.
As a Sr. ProductManager on the Ad Products team, you'll have an end-to-end ownership of the product(s), design, and technology required to ensure our end customers have a relevant and compliant Twitch advertising experience, reporting to the Director of Ad Products.

About the role
Own the roadmap for Tenant Data Warehouse (TDW) and Hummingbird Reports-the analytics backbone used by self-storage operators for revenue, operations, finance, and portfolio decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the software for consumer electronics products, including mobile applications and cloud features, overseeing the entire lifecycle of features (from conception, definition, design, development, release, and ongoing optimization).
Lead the design of smart home product software features, ensuring that the app's overall experience and functionality meet user needs and drive product iterations and innovations.

Collaborate with the design department to ensure the software design aligns with the usage habits and needs of target market users.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, Software Engineering, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience as a software productmanager, with experience in consumer electronics software preferred.
Extensive experience as a productmanager, particularly on mobile or web platforms, with a proven ability to independently design and develop large-scale software products or core functional modules.
Familiar with the software development lifecycle, with substantial experience writing software functional PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), able to clearly define functional requirements and drive team execution.
Strong user insight, the ability to understand and anticipate user needs, and excellent product design skills aimed at enhancing user experience.
Excellent communication skills, capable of driving cross-department coordination and execution, with experience collaborating with remote teams.
Strong self-awareness, a desire for continuous learning and improvement, and a proactive attitude toward facing challenges and enhancing personal capabilities.

About the role
As ProductManager for Fintech, Billing & Accounting, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for our payments and money-movement stack-card/ACH acceptance, merchant onboarding & underwriting, tokenization, billing, refunds/reversals, settlements, reconciliation, and financial reporting. You'll turn complex regulatory and accounting needs into elegant, scalable products that our customers love-and you'll drive them from PRD to GA with urgency and precision.
What you'll do
Own the platform. Define and drive the roadmap for payments, billing, invoicing, taxation, refunds, chargebacks/disputes, settlements, and reconciliation/ledgering.
Discover & ideate. Run customer interviews, analyze data, and synthesize insights into problem statements, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes.
Ship with clarity. Author crisp PRDs, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; manage the backlog and trade-offs across scope, quality, and timelines.
Partner to execute. Lead cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, Support, Onboarding, Sales/Marketing) to ship features on time.
