Conduct re-assessments on all clients to update and modify Plan of Care (30-day, every 4 months)

Complete a supervisory visit for client re-assessment, while the Aide is present, at least once
Produce typed or legibly written nursing notes for each assessment
Explain HIPAA, right to complain, and advance directive information to client during initial visit (

ust obtain signatures on all three documents)
Clock in and out using App/automated system
Provide suggestions and training to Aides in categories provided by the company, including competency testing results
Report to the office every two weeks to pick up documentation/timesheets
Note: Office will provide all nurse documentation forms
Skills, Abilities, and Requirements:
Ability to provide quality training to staff and accurately assess the competencies of In-Home Health Aides
Ability to adhere to HIPAA laws
Ability to actively listen
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Awareness of professional boundaries, at all times
Experience handling client concerns and a strong desire to provide the highest quality of service
Must hold a valid driver's license and good driving record
Current state license to practice as a RN
Perform other duties, as assigned

6 months experience instructing children in a group setting
Schedule: Part time Monday-Friday. PM 2PM-6PM-No weekends!
$17.00/hour
