Responsibilities

* Mentor and collaborate with colleagues within the ABA program and related areas such as Special Education.
* Support professional development, teaching excellence, and academic innovation. Align faculty expertise with course offerings and program needs.
* Maintain scheduled office hours and provide academic guidance to students.
* Serve on department, college, or university committees as assigned.
* Collaborate with faculty on student remediation, research, and experiential learning opportunities.
* Contribute to program planning, accreditation reporting, and institutional initiatives.
* Assist in maintaining program records and supporting operational management as needed.
* Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Coordinator and/ or Dean of Academic Affairs
Requirements and Qualifications
* Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field with a concentration in ABA.
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential at time of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral Level (BCBA-D).
* Experience teaching online ABA courses at the graduate or undergraduate level, preferably with a focus on Autism.
* Minimum of three years post-certification experience in the field of ABA.
* Active participation in ABA-related professional associations.
