Job Summary
Saint Mary's University of Minnesota invites candidates to apply for a full-time renewable fixed-term faculty position in Business disciplines, which will begin in August 2026. The standard teaching load is 22-24 credit hours per contract year, potentially covering the disciplines of law, management, marketing, economics, finance, and sport management. Contributions to Saint Mary's general education and Honors curriculum may also be included in this position. Classes may include, but are not necessarily limited to: Business Law I & Business Law II, Legal and Ethical Aspects of Sport, Constitutional Law, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Principles of Management, Consumer Behavior, Sport Facilities and Event Management, and others based on strengths of the applicant. The position operates within the undergraduate Business and Communication Department in Winona, MN.
The successful candidate will possess a doctorate or MBA in Business, and have academic and professional experience in business, and/or possess a Juris Doctor in Law or have 18 credits earned toward a law degree. Candidates should possess knowledge and skills in learning strategies, instructional technology, and content delivery. Job Description
Southeast is seeking Adjunct Instructors dedicated to excellence in teaching who desire to become part of a creative, vibrant, student-centered learning community.
The Adjunct Instructor is responsible for classroom and lab instruction depending on the program. The instructor is expected to work as a team member in maintaining a learning environment that meets the educational requirements of the postsecondary student.
The Adjunct Instructor will maintain accurate academic records in a computerized learning management system. These records include attendance, grades, and class/course syllabi for each class taught.
Southeast is establishing a pool of candidates for adjunct instructor roles. Appointments will be for short-term/long-term substitutes, adjunct, and temporary fixed term instructors teaching one semester or one academic year and may be renewed depending on program needs.
Minimum Qualifications
A master's degree in the discipline or subfield or a master's degree in any field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credits (27 graduate quarter credits) in the discipline or subfield.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Occupational Qualifications:
* Associates degree in closely related field.
* Three and a half years, (7,000 hours) verifiable occupational experience in related field, one year (2,000 hours) must be in the last 5 years
* Must be willing to obtain Bachelor's degree within 5 years (tuition reimbursement available)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's/Bachelor's degree in related field
* Teaching experience
Required Certification/Licenses:
* Eligible for/or meets WTCS Faculty Quality Assurance System requirements.

Starting annual salary range based on education and experience: $65,100 - $87,861
