As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. You will attend class, lab instruction and clinical experiences to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in training programs to gain knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures
Learn and apply fundamental nursing skills under supervision
Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents
Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residents
Requirements:
Must be able to commit to a full time course, (Monday - Friday 3pm - 11pm) for 4 weeks.
Must have excellent attendance, reliable transportation, be consistently dependable.
THPs start at $16 an hour / Then after completion promoted to LNA, and pay is $20 an hour (base). There are additional shift differentials on top of base pay.
Must be able to stand, bend, lift, work all day.
Need to have a good understanding of what an LNA does (full care / bathing / changing / bodily fluids etc…)
After graduation, must be able to work days, evenings, or overnights….and must cover 2 weekends per month.
Must commit to working in our Center for 1 year Full-time after getting LNA license.
There is a course fee payback requirement if required year is not met.

The Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Biomedical Sciences (MCBS) in the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture (COLSA) at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) seeks applications for a full-time (9-month) tenure-track Associate or Full Professor of Biomedical Sciences who will also serve as Director of the NIH-funded Center of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE): Center of Integrated Biomedical and Bioengineering Research (CIBBR).
We seek an engaged faculty member who is an established biomedical scientist with a nationally recognized, externally funded research program employing state-of-the-art experimental approaches to advance the field of biomedical sciences - including but not limited to protein biochemistry, structural biology, signal transduction, developmental biology, genomics, cancer biology, and cell/gene therapy. The successful candidate must have prior administrative experience to lead CIBBR in meeting its goals, demonstrate a strong record of mentoring early-stage investigators, and show commitment to building research infrastructure, teaching, and service.
The position will be strengthened by collaborations with several UNH Centers of Excellence, including CIBBR's Molecular & Cellular Phenotyping and Data Science Cores, the Hubbard Center for Genome Studies, the University Instrumentation Center, and the New Hampshire Agricultural Experiment Station. Graduate student training opportunities are available through affiliation with graduate programs in Biochemistry, Genetics, Microbiology, and Molecular & Evolutionary Systems Biology.

AFJROTC is a 3- or 4-year program offered to high school students in grades 9-12. Each unit is staffed with a minimum of two instructors - one enlisted, one officer. The curriculum includes Aerospace Science, Leadership Education, and Health & Wellness components. Co-curricular activities are an important part of AFJROTC and often build on classroom lessons. Activities include military base visits, incentive flights, Civil Air Patrol orientation flights, or museum visits.
Our AFJROTC program is a Career and Technical Education (CTE) program and part of the Palmer CTE Center at Alvirne High School. Our CTE program serves students from Hudson, NH plus seven other area school districts. This is an eleven-month contract position.
Core Responsibilities:
Instruction & Mentoring
Teach the AFJROTC curriculum including Aerospace Science, Leadership Education, and Health & Wellness
Mentor and guide cadets in their personal, academic, and leadership development
Adjust teaching approach / methods based on cadet learning styles and needs
Extracurricular Activities
Supervise cadet co-curricular activities and Cadet Corp operations
Organize and/or supervise field trips, events, and community service projects
Support co-curricular activities that may occur outside of regular school hours, including weekends
Program Management
Manage day-to-day operations of the AFJROTC program
Participate in Alvirne High School department head meetings and activities
Ensure compliance with Department of Defense, Air Force, and Headquarters AFJROTC regulations and standards
Collaboration and Communication
Communicate effectively with cadets, parents, and school staff & administrators
Promote the AFJROTC program within the school and community
Collaborate with community partners such as the VFW, American Legion, and National Guard to ensure program success

Compensation: The minimum salary range is $89,554 - $94,670, based upon the SY26 JROTC Standardized Instructor Pay Scale (JSIPS) tables and an 11-month contract. Compensation above JSIPS is negotiable. Participation in the New Hampshire Retirement System is mandatory.

Starting December 2025, the music department seeks a passionate and energetic part-time violin teacher to meet our students' needs in classical violin instruction. The ideal candidate will have a substantial background teaching violin from a varied repertoire to beginner through advanced students. We will value candidates who can effectively build solo artistry as well as the musical skills required to successfully work with ensembles. The CTS Instructor-I is a hands-on position that requires the candidate to effectively and consistently deliver the highest quality classroom instruction to a wide variety of students including developmental air traffic controllers and Certified Professional Controllers (CPC).
The successful candidate for this position must demonstrate strong technical skills with current ATC systems and procedures. This position may provide mentoring for students and Remote Pilot Operators (RPO) and may participate in curriculum design and development. The selected candidate must demonstrate the knowledge and skills applicable for obtaining classroom instruction certifications at FAA air traffic control facilities within the U.S. National Airspace System.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day.
To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The FAA utilizes Contractor-provided instructional services at FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories to ensure these training needs are met. The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. PenBay must provide training and training related support services as required for all types and levels of ATC facilities.

The primary focus of a Snapology Pre-School instructor (Snapologist) will be to teach PreK3 to 6 year-olds Snapology programs in our Discovery Center and at partner locations. Using Lego bricks, other building materials and technology, Snapologists are asked to promote creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while educating students on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) concepts. Energetically lead groups of up to 12 students (Ages 3-6) through curriculum-guided activities
Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.

Work schedule
Instructors work from Monday to Friday. The season starts with one week of paid staff training. Exact start and end dates vary slightly by location. Generally staff trainings starts in late March or early April, and the season ends in early June.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a strong desire to work outdoors and enjoy working with elementary and middle school students. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team are highly valued. Given the nature of the role, you should be comfortable walking 3 to 5 miles per day with students and working long days (breakfast through evening programs, with some breaks during the day). A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
Salary, housing, and meals
Outdoor Education Instructors earn $615 per week. We provide shared accommodations for the season. Meals are provided by the dining hall when schools are on-site. Food on weekends is supplemented through a stipend for the whole staff team. As housing is shared, please note that pets and ESAs are not allowed.
