Job DescriptionGENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

Associate Automation Developers have the responsibility for delivering the automated processes under the supervision of experienced and accredited process developers. The first year of this role is to stand up the function, which includes establishing the competencies of the function and partnering with the operational domains to develop automations. The continuing functions of this role will include exploration and implementation of new RPA opportunities within Partners Corporate, assisting in the development of use cases for Class 2 and Class 3 automations, and general maintenance of the existing automations.

Candidates will be provided & are expected to complete Blue Prism training and then typically work closely with accredited Blue Prism consultant(s) or developers during a skilling and mentoring period as part of an agility program delivery phase.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard PHS design principles and convention.
  • Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • Creating and maintaining process design documentation (PDD) and solution design documentation (SDD)
  • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
  • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
  • Supporting the Operational Teams during UAT and rollout phases


Qualifications
