This position is responsible for coordinating the resource allocation of a Manufacturing Unit Maintenance group with the needs of the business. Provide expertise to analyze maintenance data in an effort to continually reduce unscheduled equipment downtime, and support the Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability and Automation Leader.

* Coordinate resources within the Engineering and Maintenance work teams in an effort to support the maintenance activities, and primary maintenance shutdowns of the Manufacturing Unit
* Work with the different work teams in a Manufacturing Unit on issues such as; equipment down-time, reliability, planned maintenance and troubleshooting
* Assist the Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability and Automation Leader with long term department planning and day to day operation of the maintenance teams
* Ensure employee development, which includes coordination and participation in Skill Based Pay, annual employee review activities and continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications

* Prior maintenance leadership experience
* A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. A degree in engineering or a technical discipline is a plus.
* Extensive experience will be given consideration in lieu of a degree
* Deep knowledge of:
* Preventive Maintenance
* Predictive Maintenance
* Team based management
* Maintenance planning and scheduling
* Reliability
* RCFA
* FMEA/Asset Care

Job Description Responsibilities:

* Configure test automation software to automate manual test scripts used for testing various applications after patching and upgrades
* Schedule multi-threaded automated tests in various applications for multiple business units across several installations, monitor completion, review results with stakeholders
* Work with the automation team, other IT groups and end users on assigned projects.
* Partner with project/functional personnel to evaluate existing test scripts and or use cases for successful automation.
* Report test results, review with stakeholders and take corrective actions.
* Book tickets with software vendor to address issues
* Work as a member of the IT Testing team to continually improve process, drive cost reduction activities and build overall domain knowledge

Job DescriptionGENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

Associate Automation Developers have the responsibility for delivering the automated processes under the supervision of experienced and accredited process developers. The first year of this role is to stand up the function, which includes establishing the competencies of the function and partnering with the operational domains to develop automations. The continuing functions of this role will include exploration and implementation of new RPA opportunities within Partners Corporate, assisting in the development of use cases for Class 2 and Class 3 automations, and general maintenance of the existing automations.

Candidates will be provided & are expected to complete Blue Prism training and then typically work closely with accredited Blue Prism consultant(s) or developers during a skilling and mentoring period as part of an agility program delivery phase.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard PHS design principles and convention.
• Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
• Creating and maintaining process design documentation (PDD) and solution design documentation (SDD)
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
• Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
• Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
• Supporting the Operational Teams during UAT and rollout phases

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred;
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in the delivery of IT systems. Experience in areas such as SDLC, Agile methodology, scripting, MS Office tools, basic development tools, languages, and best practices
• Experience working with multi-functional operational teams
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview process owners, gather business process details and identify solution requirements
• Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
• A working knowledge of current business processes and the ability to understand new business processes
• Experience with end-to-end application testing, defect management, change and release management and escalation processes

SKILLS/ ABILITIES/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills (including the ability to self-sufficiently research and identify potential solutions to problems encountered)
• Ability to self-teach new technical skills and utilize them as part of a team
• Creates development standards and promotes modularization and reuse of code
• Contributes to creation of standard approaches and techniques
• An ability to envision how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment and to understand its benefits & effects
• The ability to conceptualize Blue Prism solutions and understand the prescribed Blue Prism design architecture
• An understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram
• Solid end user computing skills, for example intermediate spreadsheet user or similar. Any deeper technological experience such as coding or databases is advantageous but not essential.
• The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
• An understanding of formal change control procedures and disciplines
• Assists with peer code review and quality checks
• Time management skills and the ability to simultaneously work on multiple automations
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• A good understanding of PHS processes and applications

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The working conditions are consistent with a fast-paced, automated office environment; where the management of multiple tasks and priorities is constant. Off-hours and weekend support may be required.
