Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and managingproject activities from start to finish.
Coordinate with projectmanagers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and progress, reporting regularly to senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to support accurate execution.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment as needed.
Support client communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Qualifications
Previous experience in water or wastewater construction projects is required.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
3-7 years of experience in project engineering or assistant projectmanagement roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in projectmanagement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
