    The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to join our Associate to Consultant (A2C) ProServe Shared Delivery Team (SDT) to help us grow our early-in-career talent. In this role, you'll manage a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants while supporting AWS enterprise customers through transformative projects. You'll leverage your IT and/or Management Consulting background to serve as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal AWS teams. This position combines fieldwork and office-based project management, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and client collaboration. The successful candidate could be based in our Gig Harbor (preferred), Mount Vernon, or Mukilteo offices. What will I be doing? Lead shoreline and marine projects involving environmental assessment, permitting, and mitigation planning. Oversee field teams conducting shoreline, wetland, stream, and habitat assessments. Prepare and manage permit applications and environmental documentation, including JARPAs, shoreline permits, and mitigation plans. Interpret and apply state and federal regulations including the Shoreline Management Act, Clean Water Act, SEPA/NEPA, and local critical area codes. Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and tribal governments to achieve project objectives. Provide strategic guidance on land use, shoreline planning, and marine resource challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies and approve project invoices. What qualifications are required for this role? Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Planning, or related field required. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in environmental consulting, permitting, or project management. Experience focused on shoreline and marine projects preferred. Familiarity with Washington State permitting processes and environmental laws. Strong knowledge of shoreline regulations, wetland and aquatic resource assessment, and mitigation planning.
