Responsibilities
Determine project specifications by studying product design and customer requirements.
Schedule and lead Project Preparation meetings.
Interface with internal departments to keep the project on schedule.
Manageproject RDI, submittals, and transmittals via Procore.
Determine project responsibilities by identifying project deliverables.
Construction/Proto-Type Review notes.
Q&M Manuals/Gather and maintain all project documentation.
Create realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures.
Shop Drawing Review Tracking and site construction review as needed.
Coach, mentor and assist with the success of our project coordinators.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, construction management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years' experience in a ProjectManagement role is required.
At least 2 years of mentoring and coaching team members.
Prior experience in modular multifamily construction, preferred.
Working knowledge of the residential and commercial construction industry.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, manufacture installation instructions, and understands build standards.
Must have reliable transportation and stellar attendance with the ability to work overtime when required to meet project deadlines.

We are seeking an experienced Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Implementation Program Manager to lead enterprise-level deployment and integration of ACC across a large semiconductor fab construction program in Boise, ID. The ProjectManager I is a mid-level projectmanagement position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall projectmanagement support for several small to medium projects or one large project supporting senior projectmanagement. This role will be on our project site in Meridian, MS.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior ProjectManager and/or Division Manager.
Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant ProjectManagers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Provide projectmanagement expertise to establish initial client contact. This will include the assessment of the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the guidelines of corporate policies.
Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project. Negotiate all change orders on the project.
Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines and under supervision.
Supervise the preparation of all change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating all change quotations to a conclusion.
Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationships with the client.
Review any documentation prepared by Assistant ProjectManager before submission.
Represent the company in project meetings under the guidance of PM II or Sr. ProjectManager.
