The Project Manager shall have supervisory experience demonstrating excellent leadership, management, planning, administration, finance, budgeting, reporting experience and supervisory authority with similar projects. Job Responsibilities: Primary point of contact for written and verbal communication. Supervise all activities in the Contract. Will be a liaison with the Department's designated authority. Management and financial authority to develop plans, adjust plans, execute orders and directions without delay and supply promptly such materials, equipment, tools, labor, incidentals, and subcontracts as required at all times to comply with the contract. Manage scheduling and perform analysis to improve delivery of services to the customer Will be the lead point of contact for the planning, delivery and quality of maintenance work and services, self-policing, and the response and resolution of any and all Contract deficiencies throughout the Contract term. Full management control and be the lead point of contact for securing and complying with all environmental and Regulatory Approvals and their conditions and requirements. Coordinate with Regional and Corporate teams on project teams; maintain positive relationships across the business. Create and manage budget for project, ensure cost controls are in place and enforced, and understand how the project delivers to the top and bottom line of the businesss. Recruit, retain and manage project team members. Provide development and mentoring to employees. Ensure safe practices at all times. Provide training to employees to ensure work is accurate and timely Qualifications Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving experience. High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Minium of five (5) years of highway maintenance or construction including team leadership Customer facing experience required Must be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week for immediate contact and response to the Department for all issues and concerns which cannot be resolved by the supervisor. Experience in Guardrail Installation preferred.
