ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) is a plus but not required

Qualifications

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry-standard design tools.

FSPM is a strategic alliance leveraging our relationship with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to deliver a first-in class solution-based approach including cost savings and efficiencies back to the association. The FSPM Team provides support to the association Property Manager by assigning a designated ProjectManager and/or Project Coordinator. This assigned ProjectManager will oversee quality control of all contractors and subcontractors throughout all phases of the project (scheduling, estimating, procuring and construction). The Project Coordinator will work closely with the on-site team to understand and effectively communicate timely information relative to the impact and disruption that may be experienced by the residents. This includes producing weekly resident updates to be shared with the property manager so that the residents can stay informed throughout the entire project. The FSPM Team's ProjectManagement services continually protect the Association's best interests throughout the entire construction process.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
