Starting Salary: $ 51,000 - $54,000 Annually The position is responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing management of special projects; as well as the planning, design and implementation of the training and coaching for team members, resource parents and community partners. In collaboration with the training team, this position will ensure that staff has the skills and support needed to deliver high-quality services to clients. In addition, this position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of applicable curricula and for delivering training to meet contractual and grant requirements. Participate in an annual professional development needs assessment and planning process by identifying training needs, assisting in the creation of an annual training plan, designing, scheduling, and facilitating learning opportunities to meets those needs.
