Other duties may be assigned. Inspects daily and performs incidental repairs, as needed, to all properties encompassed or operated by CCARC, Inc. and Its Affiliates. Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. Oversee and delegates job assignments to maintenance personnel. Serves as the primary point of contact for vendors. Manages consumable supplies used at Key Training Center, including ordering, storage, and dispensing functions. Completes documentation required for billing purposes/ requisition procedures. Review with the Program Director maintenance request forms and weekly reports. Initiates, when necessary, special maintenance or repair/replacement proposals for the Executive Director or Maintenance Director.
