Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Experience partnering with General Contractors and Facilities teams during construction implementations for manufacturing buildings, data center build-outs, or expansions. Knowledge of structured cabling, Division 27 standards, AV standards, and telecom/construction drawings for office and industrial environments. 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects and programs in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure implementations integrating plant floor systems (OT) with enterprise IT. Experience implementing and refreshing enterprise network solutions (e.g., multi-site connectivity, factory LAN/WLAN, DHCP, DNS). Experience implementing and refreshing enterprise server, data, and backup solutions (e.g., data centers, NAS, backup, disaster recovery, server patching, Active Directory, server OS upgrades). Deep understanding of cloud computing principles, migration strategies, and deployment experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Workspace. Strong background in IT construction and deep networking experience.
