Full-time Description
The Executive Ministry Project Manager to the Executive Ministry Pastors will serve as a member of the Lead Pastor's administrative staff and assist with various duties as assigned by the Executive Ministry Pastors. The Executive Ministry Project Manager will support the logistical, communication, and planning needs of the Executive Ministry Pastors and assist in accomplishing the priorities of the Lead Pastor's office.
Essential Responsibilities & Job Duties
Office Management
Coordinate tasks and timelines for the Executive Ministry Office administrative staff.
Guard the schedule and priorities of the Executive Ministry Pastors by gate keeping requests, communication, and approvals.
Anticipate needs, challenges, and opportunities, and proactively provide solutions.
Translate vision and direction from the Executive Ministry Pastors into actionable plans, workflows, systems, and timelines.
Manage an accurate and up to date Executive Planning calendar.
Keep assigned projects moving forward with clear communication, departmental coordination, and timely updates on progress.
Maintain an understanding and attitude of personal responsibility for all projects related to the office.
Manage the Executive Ministry Office budget as directed.
Project Management
Oversee planning, logistics, communication, and execution of special projects.
Oversee the development of project timelines, team building, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure excellence and timely execution.
Gather research and data to prepare reports as directed.
Administrative Support
Assist the Executive Ministry Pastors with office communication (email, phone calls, etc.)
Serve as an editor at the direction of the Executive Ministry Pastors.
Compose letters when requested and ensure all correspondence is mailed in a timely manner.
Assist the Executive Ministry Pastors in the management of their calendars (including the scheduling of appointments, the updating of their Outlook calendars, etc.)
Assist the Executive Ministry Pastors in the management of physical and electronic files (including email management, contact management, in office filing, and the filing of documents electronically).
Assist the Executive Ministry Pastors in the management of travel preparation and arrangements.
Serve as liaison between the Executive Ministry Pastors and staff - with clear, timely, and effective communication.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, wisdom, and discernment related to church operations, personnel information, and pastoral matters.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience overseeing teams, projects, or departments.
Prior event coordinating experience preferred.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor engineers and designers on structural projects.
Perform independent engineering design with specific project objectives.
Manage all project phases: schematic design, development, final design, specifications, permitting, and construction services.
Prepare accurate calculations and structural analyses within project scope.
Provide guidance to BIM and CAD Designers.
Conduct thorough QA/QC reviews on engineering deliverables.
Ensure project schedule, budget, and client expectations are met.
Collaborate with architects, design teams, contractors, and agencies.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Contribute to process improvements, efficiencies, and cost savings.
Take on additional leadership duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: BS in Civil/Architectural Engineering (Structural emphasis).
Licensure: PE (Civil/Structural) strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in building structural engineering.
Technical Expertise:
Steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and light-gauge steel structures.
Proficiency in RISA or similar structural software.
Strong knowledge of the International Building Code and related standards.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

As a Project Manager within LRS Retirement Solutions, you will be expected to lead your team of Business Analysts, Developers, and other resources to implement our PensionGold product for our customers successfully. Project Managers are key resources involved in all aspects of our implementation projects. We expect our Project Manager to be “hands-on” with the implementation activities. You will be involved from the project start through the customer's warranty completion. Our implementation projects can last from 18-36 months, and the project manager will often manage 1-3 projects simultaneously, depending on the size of the projects. Your specific responsibilities will include:
Ongoing interaction with customers, including executives, pension administration staff, their project oversight vendor, and potentially Board members.
Providing ongoing status reports and making presentations.
Creating and executing work plans within Microsoft Project.
Managing project scope and timeline.
Creating, reviewing, and managing project deliverables.
Identifying risks and developing plans to mitigate the risks.
Handling change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Managing project team resources, providing direction, and supporting the project team.
Effectively communicating with local and offsite team resources as well as client resources.
Other activities are needed to facilitate the successful completion of the project.
These activities would be accomplished through working onsite, and video conference calls with our customers across the U.S.
There is potential for required travel during the work week, 25 to 50 percent at peak times during an implementation project within the United States. Applicant Requirements:
You must have at least five years of demonstrable project management experience in large application development/implementations projects or managing a project management office.
You must have at least five years of experience managing technical and business personnel on a project team.
You must have experience in the information technology area specifically related to defining business requirements or leading application development projects or software implementation projects.
You must have experience using Microsoft's standard office tools along with Microsoft Project.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
To be considered for a senior level role you will need to have an active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or be working toward obtaining one.
You must have the ability to negotiate fair resolutions to issues effectively. Your ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in written form) with people ranging from executive directors to technical developers will be instrumental in your success. To demonstrate these skills, you must have experience understanding and explaining complex technical concepts using simple terminology. Organization Structure and Interfaces:
The LRS Retirement Solutions consists of approximately 80 employees. It is managed by a Vice President. Directors over Product Development and Product Support report directly to the Vice President. You will be a member of the Implementations team and report directly to a manager. You will interact directly with management, members of your project team, and other LRS Retirement Solutions staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
* Attend the project turnover meeting from the estimating team
* Review and become familiar with the project drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and the overall schedule
* Attend contractor and client progress meetings
* Manage multiple projects and/or multiple trade disciplines (mechanical, sheet metal, plumbing, electrical, insulation, etc.) as determined by the project(s)

* Submit progress reports to Division Manager or estimator outlining man hours utilized vs. percentage complete, material budget vs. material funds expended, projected project needs, forecasting costs to completion
* Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, final billing, and other closeout documentation for approval submission
* Generate internal punch list with MCC Superintendent/Foremen and complete items on the list prior to client generated and issued punch list
* Facilitate quick completion of internal and client furnished punch list
* Follow-up and successfully remedy warranty issues related to project in a timely manner
* Maintain excellent relationship with client. Achieve 100% client satisfaction with work on project
* Operate equipment and machinery in the performance of the essential duties
* Work with and around hazardous materials, as well as at heights and in confined spaces in the performance of these essential duties

The Program Manager is a dual role providing family strengthening and case management to residents in LifeHouse Crisis Maternity Home. This role utilizes strengths-based approach and focuses on the empowerment of each individual while upholding residential program structure.
What you'll do:
Provide comprehensive case management to residents and aftercare clients for the purpose of self-sufficiency.
Attending community networking meetings by representing the agency.
Create and update individualized care plans for residents and clients per requirements and needs of the individual.
Assist residents with transportation.
Conduct intakes, face-to-face interviews, and orient new residents.
Provide case management with each client in combination of phone and face-to-face visits in varied settings, including client's homes in the aftercare program.
Ensure residents complete chores, pass room checks, and are upholding their commitment to the agreements and expectations of the program. This includes but is not limited to coordinating and monitoring class schedules, utilization corrective action plans and administering drug screenings, etc.
Complete both written and data-based documentation (i.e., internal documentation case notes, housing plan, etc.)
Advocate and interact with other service providers, parent educators, housing agencies, churches, and community organizations on behalf of participants, as well as facilitate referrals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Completing and reviewing staff charts through continual audits.
Conducting one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
Set a professional example of leadership through mentoring, coaching, and providing appropriate feedback.
Interview, onboarding, training and supervisor staff and student interns.

Reports To: Director of Residential Services
Responsible for oversight and coordination of services provided in a community-based program to individuals who have developmental disabilities. The employee serves as a mentor and supervisor to Direct Support Staff, teaching them to implement skills and interventions necessary to support persons served in daily living activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Actively participate and implements the Person Center planning process.
Responsible for assuring adequate and complete documentation of services provided are compliant with Division of DD Event Management Tracking (EMT) reporting and Missouri Medicaid Audit and Compliance (MMAC) regulations.
Provide service coordinators with monthly reviews.
Be on-call to receive calls from staff and guardians.
Daily, weekly, and quarterly monitoring of staff documentation, persons served ledger entries, Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) monies, budgets, staffing patterns, and variances in provision of services, if applicable.
Prepares Monthly Summaries for submission to Director of Residential Services.
Facilitate opportunities for natural supports and community integration.
Prepares input for Quarterly Plan Reviews and drafts goals for Annual Plans.
Coordinate implementation of individual service plans, scheduling, data collection and summary documentation.
Completes daily accounting of consumer monies, assuring accuracy and completeness in individual ledgers. Submits monthly ledgers to Asst. Director of Residential Services.
Reviews daily shift logs for variance in service provision. Submits monthly variance summaries to Asst. Director of Residential Services, if applicable.
Reviews daily shift logs and supports Direct Support Staff in preparation of (EMT) reports.
Reviews Medication Administration records.
Reviews Adaptive Equipment and body-check checklists, goals, and shift narratives.
Periodic inspection of all tenant apartments.
Reviews resident medication orders for accuracy. Contacts Physicians and/or Pharmacies as needed.
Monitors resident medication and Physicians Orders to assure they are current, refilled, and that Direct Support Staff documentation confirms all health care parameters are followed.
Communicates with the facility's Community RN to discuss any issues and concerns.
Pulls monthly summaries, Medical Administration Records (MARS), Physician Orders (PO's), controlled sheets, mileage logs for placement in appropriate folders and filing in unit records.
Oversees End of the Month paperwork.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Provide supervision and training to direct support staff regarding implementation of Person Center Plans.
Ensure support and teaching strategies as referenced in the personal plan.
Process all time off requests. (PTO, bereavement, etc.)
Prepares weekly staff schedules while preventing over-time and ensures that all shifts are filled accordingly (may include filling in when needed).
Monitors Direct Support Staff on all shifts.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug test.
