About this role:
The Project Executive will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects critical to Crusoe's Digital Infrastructure segment. As a key leader within the organization, you will ensure the successful delivery of multiple complex projects-on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Position Summary

Develop ‘Master Plan' approach for project.
Execute, supervise and maintain CPMI.

Monitor progress, performance and quality of work for Subcontractors and vendors.
Coordinate required jurisdictional inspections, and maintain good working relationships with inspectors.
Review, analyze, and update Labor Hours/Job Costs Report information with project management on weekly basis.
Assist project management with schedule preparation and SIP, including logic and resource/budget allocation, and provide updates as required.
Keep proper and complete documentation of project, in accordance with RK Mechanical, Inc.'s standard systems and available for inspection.

The Project Manager, COIFPM, oversees and coordinates the operational, financial, and reporting activities of the Wyoming Gas Injection Initiative. This role supports project execution, compliance, outreach, and strategic planning across a diverse range of stakeholders, including industry partners, state and federal agencies, and academic collaborators.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with research and administrative staff to ensure alignment with project goals, adherence to timelines, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Prepare and submit internal and external progress reports, incorporating technical summaries, financial updates, and key performance metrics.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of required grant and subaward documentation in accordance with sponsor and institutional guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, organize and assist in staffing key field positions
Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of an on-site superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
Assist with project pursuit and procurement including preparation of RFQ responses and interviews.
Prepare subcontracts.
Maintain and update project schedules.
Participate in employee continuing education in-house or through outside programs.
Counsel and, when needed, terminate unsatisfactory or unneeded employees.
Forecast what is to be done on a regular basis, when, and by whom.
Learn and utilize ProCore, Viewpoint and other relevant industry software.
Ensure vehicle fleet and equipment are maintained and Sletten's Vehicle policies are upheld.
Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support our goal of achieving zero accidents.
Investigate and document all accidents.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Sciences, Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, building science, etc.) or related discipline.
8+ years of work experience in project management, contracting, engineering, or construction management
Past leadership experience required.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Developed office management and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and ability to be insured
Excellent time management skills
Additional Information
This position reports to Division Manager
Office location is in either Cody or Casper, WY
Office and field environment requiring sitting and standing.
Travel to various construction sites is essential, exposing employee to outdoor elements, noise and the need to stand and walk.
