The most common degree for associate realtors is bachelor's degree with 59% graduates, with only 21% associate realtor graduates earning associate degree. Associate realtors who decided to graduate from college often finish Florida International University or Miami Dade College. Some good skills to have in this position include residential real estate, purchase agreements and open houses.
