Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes
Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability
Perform opening and closing procedures for the center
Maintain a safe, sparkling clean, organized and visually pleasant environment within lobby and restrooms

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
2+ years customer service experience or sales experience is preferred.

Physical Demands
