Responsibilities: Work with team members to collect and survey medical devices that are currently working within the network. Collect data fields on devices like, Serial number, location, medical department, device type and IP Address. Enter information into a data base to have a source of truth for all medical devices. Validate information in database by comparing against information gathered in the field and making updates to the database. Perform performance assurance (PA) inspections, scheduled maintenance, electrical safety inspections (ESI), and operation verification procedures (OVP) on complex and intricate biomedical equipment Repair, install, and calibrate complex and intricate biomedical equipment Inform supervisors of the status of repairs, scheduled inspections, unusual equipment situations Requirements Associates in Electronics Degree - Required Interest working in healthcare setting with IT or devices. RoboVent has an immediate opening for an Aftermarket Territory Manager. In this position, you will contact existing and new customers to discuss replacement parts, filters, and portable units. We are looking for key players to develop and grow our aftermarket business. This opportunity will have the ability to switch to a hybrid work environment after initial training. Standards of Performance: each is considered an essential function.• Consistently maintains acceptable level of productivity.• Always delivers excellent customer service with both external and internal customers and works with a diverse population group.• Develops, leads, and executes strategies for new business.Key Responsibilities• Grow RoboVent's replacement filter and parts business• Responds to any RFQ's and direct customers to a proper solution• Make outbound sales phone calls to existing and new clients• Answer incoming requests for replacement parts• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails• Research accounts, identify key players and develop new leads• Use Salesforce to document customer discussions• Negotiate pricing, close sales, and achieve quotas• Collaborate with regional teams• Attend regular sales training classes/events Requirements• Strong Phone communication skills• 1-2 Years of previous sales experience• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively• Experience working with Salesforce, or similar CRM
