Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone regarding rental pricing, vehicle availability, and policies

Complete rental agreements accurately for each vehicle rented
Verify proof of insurance, driver's license, and secure all required signatures
Inspect returned vehicles for mileage, fuel level, and potential damage; complete a check-in form for every return
Close rental agreements immediately upon vehicle return
Clearly explain all rental policies, including:
No smoking or pets allowed
Responsibility for damages and violations
Full fuel tank required upon return
Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage, confirm payment terms, and follow up on claim payments
Ensure timely payment for all rental types: warranty, customer pay, internal, and insurance claims
Wash, vacuum, and detail rental vehicles to ensure they are clean and ready for the next customer
Track daily rental revenue and utilization using Excel
Scan rental agreements and maintain organized digital records
Communicate daily with Service Advisors and Management about customers currently in rental vehicles
Maintain an organized, professional workspace and protect all customer information

Summary: Responsible for picking, packing, and loading trucks to complete orders for shipment.
Essential Functions
Using computers and mobile devices to pull parts.
Visually inspecting parts to ensure world-class quality.
Packing parts for shipment.
Shrink wrapping, banding and labeling pallets.
Using moving equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently around the warehouse and stage shipments.
Keep shipping area clean and clear for safety.
Stage and segregate product in designated areas; adjusting storage areas according to shipping requirements.
Document movement of materials through a transfer system.
Take inventory, maintains storage area, organizes, and places stock on shelves. Ensure area is always secure.
Share ideas, improvements, and recommendations for continuous improvement to help optimize results to improve safety and quality.
Break down crates and dispose into dumpsters.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous forklift and pallet jack experience required.
Some computer skills needed.
Ability to read work orders.
Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers.
Independent thinker.
Attention to detail and organizational skills required.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements
Must be 18yo or older.
Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
This is manual work requiring frequent sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Shift Details
1st Shift Shipping is M-F, 5X10hr shifts, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
All employees are expected to work overtime hours as needed.
