Responsibilities:
Picking and Packing Orders - Accurately pick items from designated locations and pack them securely for shipment; lift up to 20 lbs.
Work Across Multiple Clients - OC3PL supports several clients, each with unique products (SKUs) and order requirements. Crew members must follow specific client instructions, which may include custom packing, labeling, or kitting (assembling multiple items into one order).
Productivity (UPH) Standards - Meet or exceed units-per-hour goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Flexibility in Departments - Be ready to move between different warehouse departments (picking, packing, kitting, shipping, etc.) as needed.
Clean & Safe Work Area - Maintain an organized, clutter-free workstation and follow all safety guidelines at all times.
Teamwork & Reliability - Follow supervisor instructions, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive, productive warehouse environment.
