The more seasoned and experienced, the higher end of the salary would be considered Observed paid holidays: New Years Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, an in-lieu day is provided and determined at the start of the year by the company.
