Continuation of employment is contingent upon availability of funds. The individual in this position will support a multi-state grant project focused on breeding for intercropping systems. The person is expected to take a leadership role in a project involving Oat-Pea intercropping. In addition, he/she will be expected to pursue independent avenues of research and may develop their own projects, within the scope of the lab's mission.
