Positions may be full-time, part-time, or per-diem/locum, offering the chance to work in state-of-the-art IVF laboratories equipped with advanced technology, collaborative clinical teams, and a strong commitment to patient care and scientific excellence. Responsibilities Perform all aspects of assisted reproductive technology (ART), including oocyte retrievals, inseminations, ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, and thawing. Maintain precise records, ensure lab quality control, and follow CAP/CLIA and FDA guidelines. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and lab directors to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in research, case discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biological Sciences or related field (Embryology, Reproductive Science, etc.). Minimum 2 years of hands-on IVF laboratory experience. Strong understanding of embryology techniques, laboratory equipment, and quality assurance. Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting. A candidate must already be authorized to work in the United States, or hold qualifications eligible for visa sponsorship consideration.
