The Sourcing Associate will support Datavant's strategic sourcing and vendor management activities across key spend categories, including but not limited to: Technology, Professional Services, and Contract Labor. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing, and partnering closely with the Sourcing Manager, this role will contribute to the execution of sourcing initiatives, supplier management activities, and data-driven insights that support Datavant's cost, risk, and performance objectives.

+ Sourcing & Category Support: Support the execution of category strategies and sourcing initiatives across Technology, Contract Labor, and Professional Services.
+ Assist with market research, supplier identification, and preparation of sourcing recommendations.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, support sourcing projects, and ensure alignment with company priorities.
+ Process Improvement: Support opportunities to streamline the Source-to-Pay process, increase automation, and enhance sourcing efficiency through tools like Coupa and data-driven insights.
+ Risk & Compliance: Support compliance with sourcing policies, vendor due diligence requirements, and financial controls. Proactively identify and mitigate sourcing-related risks.

Who You Are:
As our Cultivation Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day assignments and tasks that keep our plants healthy to meet our production goals and quality targets on track.
