ROLE of the POSITION
This position provides direct oversight and management of the Scheduling unit in the Office of the Registrar and also indirect supervision of the block enrollment function and the Curriculum unit. The Scheduling unit works collaboratively with academic departments, schools, and colleges to build the university course schedule each term. The course schedule, which includes thousands of class sections in any given semester or summer term, lies at the heart of the university's academic offerings and affects the work of all students and faculty. The Associate University Registrar supervises staff in the Scheduling unit and coordinates their shared efforts. As well, the Associate University Registrar oversees block enrollment via the efforts of an Enrollment Coordinator. The block enrollment of students occurs in close coordination with building and maintaining the class schedule in order to ensure that the class schedule remains responsive to the needs of new and continuing students. Finally, the Associate Registrar supervises the work of the Assistant University Registrar for Curriculum and Academic Services and, by extension, of the staff of the curriculum unit.

What to Expect?
The Yard Associate is responsible for the maintenance of storage yards and related facilities, including such duties as manually loading and unloading materials, operating mechanical loading equipment, preparing materials, etc.

L-1 associates are responsible for servicing fully autonomous vehicles, preparing them for driver testing missions, and performing asset management and cleaning tasks. Additionally, they provide in-field event response when needed to ensure smooth operations.
This position serves as the foundation for building essential knowledge of our Autonomous Vehicle Fleet. By continuously developing skills and demonstrating proficiency in key responsibilities, you'll be prepared for advancement into Autonomous Vehicle operations and other technical roles within our structure.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate/Drive van/truck or other car, (assignment may be alone or with a co-driver) five days a week; able to sit still and stand for long periods of time;

+ Responsible for pushing shift efficiency (Fast Startup)
+ Basic troubleshooting at shift startup.
+ Ensuring startup and shiftend checklists are being followed.
+ Demonstrating continuous development and proficiency in the above key responsibilities in preparation for advancement into Autonomous Vehicle operations and other technical roles

Required Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma or GED required. Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences;
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience driving on public roads. Additional experience is preferred;
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
+ Proficiency with a laptop computer and GSuite apps (i.e. Gmail, Chats, and Drive, including Sheets and Docs);
+ Proficiency with using a touchscreen smartphone (Android preferred by not required); and
+ Must be able to type at least 40 adjusted wpm
+ Must have and maintain a driving record that meets state AVT (Autonomous Vehicle Tester) and/or other applicable regulations and laws; and
+ Meets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws in the state(s) in which the self-driving vehicle monitor will be working.
+ Ability to parallel park with minimal assistance preferred.
+ Must have good attention to detail.
+ Adapt quickly to new and developing technology and processes;
+ Must be able to work specific shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends, as well as overnight shifts and travel for up to one month;
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and

The Fulfillment Associate assists in essential responsibilities of the production department and ensures state compliance standards and Planet 13 standards are met by preforming the following duties. Fulfill wholesale purchase orders, ensuring the label and product count is accurate.
Complete inventory procedure using electronic tracking system and respond to any discrepancies by notifying management and investigating reasons for the discrepancy.
Review inventory in electronic tracking system and METRC systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Accepting and preparing deliveries on METRC, the state mandated inventory tracking system.
Prepares products for wholesale distribution and backstock (preparing bins, labels, METRC tag copies for bins, etc.).
Assists Inventory control with the intake of consumables and biomass.
Assists Management in investigating discrepancies.
Participate in Quarterly/Yearly Audits.
Comply with inventory control procedures.
Assist in training new employees.
Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
