Purpose of Position
The Airport Development Analyst is responsible for supporting new real estate projects across NetJets' network of key locations. This role includes assisting with all aspects of NetJets' Real Estate, Airport Development, and Infrastructure strategies, as well as contributing to the development and execution of procurement strategies that help secure dedicated infrastructure for both short- and long-term organizational success. Responsibilities include tracking and reporting on strategic planning initiatives, identifying target locations, conducting property searches, supporting deal maturation, and assisting with purchase and lease agreements, budget management, and project summaries. The role also supports project reporting related to schedule status, cost allocations, financing, cash flow, and risk identification. Additionally, the Airport Development Analyst will help manage third-party vendors and partners by contributing to sourcing, validation, and selection activities.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead project tracking of all pre-development activities, effectively identifying responsible parties and next steps.
Analyze site options and locations within NetJets' risk policies and profile.
Support NetJets pre-development activities to review potential real estate opportunities, evaluate site constraints, define due diligence requirements, and support environmental entitlement process.
Update Executive Leadership Team level project reporting and strategic planning documents.
Assist with reviewing transactional documents (leases, purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, project management engagements, etc.).
Assist with ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective project execution method through data modeling and collaboration with stakeholders.
Assist NetJets corporate real estate and design teams with adherence to project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
Support the development and implementation policies, tools, and standards as a "best in class" real estate development team.
Support coordination with external stakeholders (consultants/development partners/airport staff/etc.).
Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers, with a particular emphasis on managing expectations, driving compromise and consistent, pro-active communication is expected.
Support in house construction teams to monitor general contractor's work for overall compliance with development agreements.
Additional duties may include such things as event support, site visits/investigations, industry engagement, and business development type responsibilities.

The Role We Want You For
The Senior Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Engineer will become a strategic asset within a growing business unit and the key member of our project teams for the most creative builder in America. As part of VDC team you will be involved in a range of activities throughout the design-build cycle that are essential for a successful project delivery. These activities include support and implementation of Clayco's Digital Practice Technology in a variety of tasks as they relate to design analysis, design process, pre-construction, construction, and the facility handover. This is a critical support role with opportunity to become one of our VDC industry experts.
The Specifics of the Role
Provide assistance to design-build team to facilitate 3D and 2D coordination.
Liaison with the design team and project subcontractors through multitude of BIM centric activities.
Provide technical support for a range of application used in-house.
Assist Pre-Con with quantities extraction and scheduling.
Assist and coach the project teams in the use of companywide BIM best practices.
Coordinate 3D content modeled by others and model any content not provided.
Perform 4D virtual building analysis on model working closely with scheduling, project managers, and superintendents.
Perform 5D virtual building analysis in close collaboration with the estimating team.
Perform and document clash detection on virtual building model as well as assist in conflict resolution.
Perform material quantity take-off of building model for conceptual estimating purposes utilizing leading edge BIM technologies.
Manage model changes through design updates and as built conditions.
Serve as the information manager and content gatekeeper for the duration of project.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
3-5 years of experience in AEC industry, in particular MEP coordination.
Minimum 3 years of experience with VDC/BIM related processes.
Solid knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Building Design Suite (Revit, Assemble Systems, AutoCAD, Navisworks), Structionsite, DroneDeploy, and BIM 360/ACC cloud-based technology.
Willing to travel and/or relocate to a job site.

Android Software Engineer
The Android team at Philo is responsible for building our product experience on all Android-based mobile platforms (Google/Galaxy/Amazon stores). We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Android engineer with a deep technical background building high-quality, high-engagement Android applications for TV and mobile. You will help model best-practices to the team, and unblock your teammates when they are stuck.
Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvements to the reliability, performance, and UI of the Android applications. In practice this means managing our tech debt backlog, and advocating for improvements as needed.
Provide input on system architecture and design tradeoffs.
Help the team manage and plan for the application releases. We have a rotating release shepherd, who is a member of the Android team and is responsible for the nuts and bolts coordination of each release (every week). In this role you would help guide the shepherd and make hard decisions about feature inclusion.
Monitor app performance and triage crashes, bugs and performance regressions as they arise.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, support, design, product, and data science teams to ensure smooth feature delivery.
Qualifications:
5+ years of software development experience
Experience with Kotlin, Coroutines, and their surrounding ecosystem
Experience developing an Android app with video streaming features
Experience with Jetpack Compose

Build and own relationships with priority federal SIs; target, engage, and progress large, named FSIs (e.g., GDIT, Booz Allen, Raytheon) into productive partners.
Drive a cohesive sell-through model between FSIs, Carahsoft (our distributor), and Asana channel CPMs; align operating rhythms, workflows, and performance tracking.
Create and run scalable partner enablement: deliver training, stand up “better together” materials, guide partner portal access, and establish repeatable playbooks.
Collaborate with AsanaGov leaders and Product to align partner motions with roadmap, integrations, and field enablement needs.
Proactively surface misalignment and risks across partners and internal teams; gain consensus on actions and track to resolution.
Define year-one MBOs; establish KPIs, reporting cadences, and mechanisms to measure partner productivity and pipeline impact.
Contribute to job description, interview panel alignment, and process to rapidly staff and operationalize the motion.
About you:
Based in the Washington, D.C. area (required) to engage closely with the federal SI ecosystem.
Deep understanding of the federal/public sector landscape and FSI ecosystem; security clearance preferred but not required if you know the market and stakeholders.
Hands-on operator who “checks ego at the door”; equally comfortable engaging C-levels and executing tactical enablement (e.g., portal access walkthroughs).
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners; proven ability to take a net-new partner motion from concept to repeatable execution.
Familiarity working with distributors; experience collaborating with CarahSoft or similar is a strong plus.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Channel, and Public Sector leaders; ability to align partner priorities with roadmap and go-to-market.
Process- and outcomes-oriented; sets clear roles and responsibilities, drives accountability, and implements scalable partner management workflows.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

You will be a key member of our backend team and determine the core infrastructure of our next generation platforms and services to enhance our PlayStation ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Work among a dedicated platform level scrum team, building the future backend infrastructure that powers the PlayStation platform. You will collaborate not only within the scrum team, but work closely with an international team of client and backend developers.
Develop scalable and robust services built on top of NodeJS.
Submit, review, and address proposals submitted by cross team contributors that'll help shape the overall architecture and organization of the platform.
Represent the team in technical forums, present designs, and share experiences with other Sony software development organizations.
Ensure accuracy and completeness through usage of unit tests for portions of code delivered
Ownership of the implementation and delivery of mid-size to large features. Create required documentation including low-level design. Communicate estimates, schedules, issues and dependencies to the team
Fix bugs and provide support for business and maintenance teams.
Required Qualifications:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of building, maintaining, and enhancing backend services.
Experience developing and utilizing GraphQL in a production environment
Strong experience and usage with JavaScript / TypeScript, NodeJS
Well-versed knowledge of various cloud solutions offered by AWS (Redis, DynamoDB, S3, etc.)
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with development of RESTful and/or gRPC APIs
Experience with server optimizations, focusing on architecture that provides low latency and scalable solutions
Knowledge of industry-supported metrics capturing and monitoring solutions
Prior work with building and maintaining CI/CD pipeline solutions
Familiarity with writing and running load testing scripts with tooling such as K6
Knowledge of Server Side Rendering app technologies such as NextJS a bonus
Previous experience working within the agile development methodology and closely collaborating among various teams across an organization
Familiarity with other Server Side Languages
