Summary of Role: Traditions of America - a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities - seeks a seasoned, motivated and talented New Home Sales Associate at our Southpointe community in Canonsburg, PA. As a new home expert, you will be rewarded as you guide home buyers though the exciting journey of building their new construction home from start to finish. Must have prior experience selling new construction homes. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, a "winner's" attitude, and demonstrate 3-5 years of success selling new homes. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: The New Home Sales Associate is responsible for achieving all community sales goals, including generating traffic, agreement of sales, customer satisfaction and serving as the main point of contact to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first visit to settlement.
