When assigned to the sales floor:
* Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers

A Motor Clothes Sales Associate position involves assisting customers with selecting and purchasing Harley-Davidson Motor Clothes, apparel, and accessories. This role also includes tasks like maintaining the showroom, processing transactions, and staying informed about product offerings
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet customers, listen to their needs, and help them find the right products.
Sales & Transactions: Process sales, handle payments, and provide a positive shopping experience.
Showroom Management: Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensure proper product displays, and assist with inventory management.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Harley-Davidson products, promotions, and trends.
Event Support: Assist with dealership events and promotions, showcasing Motor Clothes products.
Customer Relationship Building: Build relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Customer Service Skills: Be able to interact with customers effectively and provide helpful assistance.
Retail Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail sales is often preferred but not required.
Product Knowledge: A willingness to learn about Harley-Davidson products and accessories is important.
Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain an organized showroom and manage inventory.
Teamwork: Ability to work well with other team members.
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
