Join UCLA Health as a Clinical Manager, a key leadership role within Pharmacy Services at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, you will be responsible for the overall development, implementation, and oversight of clinical pharmacy programs while supporting the professional growth and competency development of clinical pharmacy staff.
In this role, you will lead clinical and performance improvement initiatives related to medication use, drug therapy optimization, and cost containment. You will collaborate closely with medical staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs that align with departmental and medical center goals. You will also ensure timely communication of new and updated policies, procedures, and clinical practices. You will provide operational and clinical leadership by ensuring services are delivered in compliance with departmental policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements. This includes serving as a liaison between pharmacy and nursing teams, supporting budget adherence, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and quality of care.

We're seeking an experienced clinical pharmacy leader with:
* Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy
* Current California Pharmacist license in good standing
* Minimum 2 years of hospital inpatient pharmacy experience or completion of an accredited residency
* Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations, accreditation standards, and departmental policies
* Experience developing and implementing clinical pharmacy programs and performance improvement initiatives

* Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to UCLA Health standards.

Required:
* Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible managerial experience including financial and budget preparation.
* Bachelor's Degree in related area and/or equivalent experience or training.
* Previous demonstrated expertise in managing patient services and staffing in a fast-paced clinical setting.
* Skill in analyzing information, problems, situations and procedures to define objectives, identify pattern and formulate conclusions
* Skill in setting priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities
* Knowledge of University's Electronic Medical Record System.
