The Purchasing Agent is responsible for the timely purchase of materials, commodities, supplies, equipment, and services of appropriate quality and correct quantity from qualified suppliers, negotiate prices and delivery as necessary to achieve the lowest cost to the company, and execute Purchase Orders (P. The Senior CAD Drafter will lead in the support of NTS Engineering and process facilities with sustainable CAD drafting and drawing/design management activities along with supporting engineering project needs across the company. Key Responsibilities

Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) supports the sales/operations of the branches by responding to customer inquiries and concerns and resolving customer complaints. Generate sales documents and effectively manage communication between the customers, branches, and outside sales representatives. This position is a safety sensitive role that requires compliance with the company's drug and alcohol policy and adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Receives and responds to all customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
Generates all sales operations (invoicing, contracts, pick list, packing list, returns) documents and distributes to respective departments.
Responsible for guiding, assisting and elevating complaint resolution to ensure that customers are properly served.
Provides customers and other Branches with any data and backup data as requested.
Follows up on a regular and as-needed basis with customers, Branches, and shop/yard operations on all open and unresolved customer issues.
Reports on all out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfaction.
May take after-hours calls; i.e., security, and customers, and document any complaints for resolution at some branches.
May open and/or close operations facilities in some branches.

Safely operate a forklift and forklift certified.
Deliver prefabricated wooden trusses & dimensional lumber.
Load and unload trusses and lumber.
Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
Verifies order details and maintain log of deliveries.
Required to use company-issued cellular device and maintain 2GB usage.
Inspect truck before and after trip
Qualifications:
At least two years of experience driving trucks to include, flatbed, roller beds, and forklifts.
At least one year of lumber or trusses industry experience.
CDL Class A Commercial driver's license.
Current DOT physical card.
Pre-employment drug screen required
Must be able to pass MVR report.
Strong work ethic.
