Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association required. Current state licensure required and renewed yearly. NBCOT certification is required. BLS/CPR certification required. EXPERIENCE: Two years previous experience preferred; skill competency level.
