Interact with distribution leadership to gather feedback on product related needs.* Lead and enhance product due diligence processes ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term strategies, growth and expense targets, customer and regulatory requirements. Define business outcomes and KPIs for the product in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, governance charters, and committee guidelines to ensure a consistent and repeatable process.* Develop due diligence talent and implement a control framework to ensure the efficacy of the due diligence policies and procedures.* Present recommendations to Product Review Committee and communicate and obtain approvals, where needed, from control functions (finance, legal, risk, compliance) and maintain meeting minutes and governance documents. Coordinate internal audit and other oversight organizations.* Supervise team members responsible for analysis, tools/systems and product information.* Ensure products are placed and administered on the platforms as designed for maximum impact, optimal sales support and overall results. Oversee the implementation of new products addressing operations and supervisory administration, revenue and commission expense modeling and reporting, operational readiness and change management related to new offerings, and field training.* Work with Marketing, Operations, and Technology departments to ensure product information is up to date - including product guides, pricing, commission tables, etc. so that accurate information is easily obtainable.* Provide competitive intelligence, provide business leadership on pertinent regulatory issues related to the product offering or distribution channels, identify market opportunities and associated new product strategies. Responsibilities
Prepares confidential correspondence, periodical reports, meeting notices, presentation materials and other documents in appropriate formats using word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and/or desktop publishing software.
Compiles information and prepares special and complex one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquires for variety of audiences and levels.
Acts as liaison between the Officer of the Company and various executives with employees of the Company, clients, and all interested outside parties.
Screens telephone calls, providing assistance and accurate information for routing non-routine calls.
Maintains calendars, schedule meetings and makes travel arrangements for top senior level executives.
Applies in-depth divisional knowledge to projects of small to medium scope.
Determines methods and procedures to be used in resolving the most complex inquiries and will make on-the-spot priority decisions.
Maintains confidential files of information of the most highly confidential nature.
Operates with substantial latitude for independent judgment and discretion.
May supervise, train or review the work of other Administrative Assistant personnel.

Qualifications
High school education or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with a high level of administrative experience, discretion and technical skills.

About the Role
The Director of Development (DoD) is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for fundraising strategy, donor relations, sponsorship development, and campaign execution. Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including major gifts, sponsorships, giving societies, and targeted campaigns.
Co-manage a donor portfolio of ~1,300, focusing on top donors and sponsors, while cultivating new relationships.
Develop and oversee foundation and/or corporate proposals, subsequent reporting and donor communications.
Plan and execute end-of-year giving mailer, including the storytelling, design, and overall execution.
Campaigns & Events
Co-plan and execute signature fundraising events such as the Corporate Challenge Golf Outing, Fore the Kids, Masters Watch Party, and other opportunistic events.
Lead digital and peer-to-peer campaigns via GiveSmart and Harness.

Knowledge of Chicago philanthropic networks and corporate community.

Provides reports and analyses to management on sales, persistency and mortality or morbidity experience for various product lines, reserve adequacy, risk management information, or various other similar items.
Manages studies that underlie actuarial assumptions and provides assumptions and data to others.
May support creation of systems specifications, contracts, commission structures, and other actuarial aspects of product development.
Monitors and analyzes developments in actuarial techniques, laws and regulations applicable to company operations, and competitive developments in the marketplace.
May represent the company on industry and professional committees and/or with regulators.
May supervise a small team of employees.
Qualifications
FSA or equivalent professional designation along with Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field and 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of Bachelor's, will accept Master's in a listed discipline and 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of FSA will accept ASA or equivalent professional designation and 8 years of relevant experience. Demonstrates high quality leadership, judgment, organization and prioritization skills. Effectively communicates, both verbally and in writing, advanced mathematical and analytical concepts to various audiences. Works well under pressure and within time constraints to effectively accomplish individual and team objectives. Excellent computer skills.

Summary
Provide subject matter expertise in Finance/Financial Assets on the day-to-day execution of the Transamerica Operational Risk
Management program to ensure appropriate risk considerations are in place and practiced across the company including the
identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of key risks across the company business and technology landscape. Develop
and maintain relationships with business and technology management across three lines of defense.

Responsibilities:
Deep subject-matter expertise in risks, controls, and in-depth understanding of the Finance/Financial Assets business.
Partner with business management to lead the execution of risk assessments across business groups.
Challenge current process design, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes to supporting policies, procedures and control execution to increase efficiency and quality.
Lead risk issue management activities, including risk identification, root cause analysis, action plan status monitoring, and reporting of outcomes to management.
Collaborate and challenge process owners during the development of action plans to assess adequacy of actions taken by management.
Lead the execution of Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSA) via review and challenge of inherent/residual risk scoring, risk mitigation, review control design and execution.
Collaborate with peers in the Risk Management function, and various partners and stakeholders throughout the organization (e.g. line and functional management, compliance, IT, Internal Audit).
Lead the execution of risk assessment activities across various organizational functions, programs, projects, processes, etc.
Navigate company Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) tool to record, update and report on various risk issues, risk events, action plans, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field
Eight years of experience working in operational risk management or internal controls related environment
Progressive experience in operational risk management, internal controls, audit, risk management, or equivalent field
Deep understanding of operational functions, preferably in the financial services industry
In-depth knowledge and hands on experience with risk management principles and techniques including development of process flows, identification and assessment of risks and controls, testing and monitoring procedures, and development of related metrics
Strong risk and control background including knowledge of SOX framework
Ability to present and interact with various levels of management
Ability to build relationships with people at all levels
Excellent oral/written communication skills

Summary
As a member of the Client Transition Services (CTS) team, this role handles moderate to complex data and asset transfer processes during new client plan conversions. Ensures timely and proper notification of cash flows to the Transamerica Retirement Services (TRS) Funding Group, and milestone task completion to project team members.
Responsibilities
Partner with clients, vendors, payroll providers and internal resources to gather data elements for migration.
Establish an ongoing data dialog, via payroll files, to maintain data elements.
Analyze and reconcile data received against documented plan rules.
Post transferred records from former record systems into company system; maintain auditable records of completed conversion steps.
Audit, analyze and perform data quality reviews for each conversion.
Maintain the NBI (new business intelligence) database and transaction calendar.
Participate in meetings with the Implementation staff.
Lead and/or participate in department projects and data-specific initiatives.
Manage large data conversion projects.
Maintain department tools and procedures as assigned.
Identify procedural issues/gaps and recommend solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the retirement services industry, including ongoing retirement plan administration, installations, conversions, 401(k) support, or client management.
Qualifications
Five years of experience in the financial services industry including working with electronic data files
Working knowledge of Paris or related database systems, and SQL (AQT).
Experience using Informatica or Pervasive software, or related systems.
Written and verbal communication skills to present information to internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Word/Excel.

Summary
The Sr Modeler builds and extends Asset/Liability Management (ALM) projection systems. These systems have unique requirements to include the use of GPUs and MPI distributed calculations. The Sr Modeler ensures new code developed is high quality, with a focus on performance, tests, and readability. An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing software for production use in a high reliability environment, or a background in HPC/Accelerated Computing application development.
Responsibilities:
Develop solutions used for hedging and asset management, generally in Python.
Using linting, unit testing, and end-to-end testing workflows in Jenkins, minimize the probability of delivering a product with significant technical defects.
Identify root causes of bugs, produce minimal reproducers, and repair issues seen.
Support other teams using our tools.
Participate in simultaneous projects, with accountability for ongoing activities and objectives.
Assist users from less technical backgrounds in writing quality business logic code.
Participate in prototyping efforts and proof of concepts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical/quantitative discipline such as statistics, math, actuarial science, computer science, economics, engineering, or a related business field such as finance
Five years of modeling experience (or three with Master's degree) with expert knowledge in at least one product such as insurance liability, asset valuation, derivatives modeling, liquidity management, machine learning or artificial intelligence
Good understanding of investment and finance concepts, and the ability to creatively apply them in solving analytical problems

Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily security valuation processes across multiple fund structures, ensuring accurate pricing, compliance with policies, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain valuation integrity and transparency.

Responsibilities:
Lead daily security valuation processes for mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and other investment vehicles.
Ensure compliance with valuation policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Oversee pricing vendor due diligence and evaluate pricing sources for accuracy and reliability.
Manage exception reporting and resolve pricing discrepancies in collaboration with portfolio managers and subadvisers.
Coordinate with fund accounting, audit, and compliance teams to support net asset value (NAV) calculations and financial reporting.
Identify and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and accelerate reporting.
Monitor market events and assess impact on security pricing and valuation methodologies.
Support fund launches, mergers, and other corporate actions from a valuation perspective.
Participate in valuation committee meetings and contribute to policy updates and governance.
Provide input on accounting treatment and financial reporting disclosure requirements for complex financial instruments, including over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Seven years of experience in fund administration, security valuation, or investment operations
Strong understanding of financial instruments, valuation techniques, and market data providers
Experience with pricing service providers such as Bloomberg, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG)
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Leadership and team management capabilities
High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Summary
This role is responsible for driving sales by proactively and reactively marketing Transamerica as a premier provider of voluntary benefit insurance products. This is accomplished by contacting new business leads, cultivating existing relationships and demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills to promote the sale of Transamerica's voluntary products.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Small Market Relationship Manager (RM) to develop and execute strategic business plans that increase the company's share of voluntary benefits in the market and enhance the visibility of Transamerica's voluntary products.
Responsible for the sales, recruiting and activity goals delivered by the RM on behalf of the company in a defined geographical area (Region).
Keep the RM appraised of any concerns you have in meeting set goals, need for clarifying duties and any training development needs that will result in greater performance and personal growth.
Proactively seek potential producers (Managing General Agents, General Agents and Individual Agents) to assess whether they may be a viable client for Transamerica. Discuss their business strategy and how Transamerica's voluntary products, services and enrollment options may meet their client's needs.
Identify and contract enrollment technology companies or benefit communication firms.
Daily contact with producers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, online meetings or webinars (i.e. territory coverage, relationship building in accordance with business plan and/or sales goals.)
Document all proactive sales activity and pertinent issues in contact management system (SalesForce.com), i.e. appointments, thank you calls, monthly call campaigns, etc.
Forward leads that exceed specified thresholds to the appropriate Selling Channel for coordination, follow up and document information in Salesforce.com.
Partner with home office departments and operational support teams to build strong, positive relationships that drive growth and retention of Employee Benefits business.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent work experience.
Five years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
Time management and organizational skills.
Relationship building and listening skills to better assess a producer's needs and determine the type of sales support necessary to accomplish the objective.
Verbal/written communication and presentation skills for maintaining daily contact and presenting webinars.

Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support in the development, maintenance and offering of supplemental health insurance products and services for our Group Employee Benefits division
Prepare, review and negotiate legal contracts, documents and agreements, including marketing, distribution, administration, TPA and/or vendor agreements for the review of senior team members
Advise on legal risks and potential impacts of business decisions, as well as escalated claims and consumer complaints
Monitor, review and interpret relevant changes in laws, rules and regulations, particularly those related to insurance regulations
Review and interpret laws and regulations as they relate to employer groups, associations, labor unions, and other non-employer groups to ensure they comply with state law prior to issuing policies
With guidance from a senior attorney, educate business partners of the potential impact to Transamerica's supplemental health insurance business, work cross-functionally with compliance, product, and operations to comply with applicable laws and regulations while minimizing client impact
Draft regulatory responses, disclosures, and other correspondence that may include Market Conduct issues for the review of senior team members
Collaborate with internal compliance teams to develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks
Work on legal issues where analysis requires identification and evaluation of multiple factors
Qualifications:
JD from an ABA accredited law school
Member of the Bar in good standing of any US jurisdiction
Two years experience with insurance regulatory issues and/or a focus on supplemental health insurance, life insurance, and state insurance matters with knowledge of relevant laws, rules and regulations
Effective communicator, both in writing and orally, with the intended audience
Able to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
Able to exercise agility and adaptability in providing legal advice
Comfortable in a rapidly changing corporate environment
Proficient using MS Office
Effective organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
Action oriented, timely and organized with ability to prioritize workload with accuracy and attention to detail

As part of World Financial Group (WFG) distribution team, the Regional Consultant is responsible for partnering with field agents and field leadership to drive increased agent recruiting, licensing, and product sales; enhance the agent experience; increase field performance through issue/opportunity identification and resolution, training, and communication; and to execute on WFG growth strategies. Qualifications
Five years of financial services industry experience, including distribution/sales management.
Life license

Responsible for the distribution of Transamerica life insurance products for a defined territory in partnership with a field based Regional Vice President (RVP) and Internal Sales Partner.
Responsibilities
Develop new business and maintain existing business relationships by conducting web-based sales meetings with World Financial Group (WFG) agents, with focus on how to position the product to have better conversations and outcomes with clients, ultimately driving Transamerica life production and retaining market share.
Emphasis on sales activities for new agent onboarding to increase the number of first-time agents writing Transamerica business and growing existing agent production.
Provide WFG associates with up-to-date information on Transamerica products and timely business building ideas.
Run national campaigns to grow Transamerica sales and market share including reach out to prospective WFG associates within targeted campaigns.
Manage business in partnership with RVPs by properly allocating resources provided by Transamerica Life Distributors (TLD).
Coordinate Webex presentations with WFG associates and TLD management team on behalf of wholesaling team to provide value added resources.

Responsibilities:
Support business processes that directly impact Transamerica financials
Assist with quarterly IFRS, Financial Plan/Capital Reforecast, Principles Based Reserves, and C3P1 models, as well as annual Medium-Term Plan, and Cash Flow Testing models

Qualifications:

Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision of Branch Office Supervisors and Registered Representatives for broker dealer and investment advisory functions; provide supervision, guidance, advice, and training.
Maintain files required by the WSPs to be maintained at the branch location for each Branch Office Supervisor and Registered Representatives.
Assist in the creation of new branch offices and the development of existing offices.
Participate in regulatory examinations within the assigned region.
Review and accept or deny requests for non-registered locations.
Monitor the activities of Branch Office Supervisors, Registered Representatives and NRLs within the region in accordance with the Firm's written supervisory procedures.
Monitor the performance of Branch Office Supervisors to ensure they are able to properly supervise the number of Registered Representatives assigned to them.
Designate, reviews and remove Branch Office Supervisor status as needed.
Makes decisions for acceptance or denial of new applicants and, when necessary, for the suspension or termination of Branch Office Supervisors and Registered Representatives.

Refer to and provide input to the Compliance Division on regulatory violations, sales practice improprieties, or actual or potential violations of Firm policies and/or regulatory requirements as needed.
Periodically attend public events conducted by TFA Field Representatives to ensure compliance with Firm policies.
Create, facilitate and promote Firm training programs as deemed necessary by management.
Perform additional supervisory and compliance functions as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Five years of securities industry related experience
FINRA Series 6 and 26 (and obtain 7 and 24 licenses within one year)
In-depth knowledge of compliance, suitability issues, securities products, and FINRA regulations
Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
Facilitation and training experience
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple priorities
Proficiency using MS Office projects
Preferred Qualifications

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $67,000 - $87,000 annually.
Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including
qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion
