The diversified experiences in banking industry, IT consulting services and insurance business helped me to become a seasoned IT and Operations leader, with almost three decades of experience designing and implementing corporate growth initiatives for companies serving a global client base such as Assurant Solutions, MetLife, G&P Consulting, ABN Amro Bank, Diebold and Royal Bank of Canada ( RBC ). International experience leading for 3 years multi-cultural teams including the implementations of Policy Administration systems for Europe and Asia also was a great opportunity to exercise the “matrix report” model.

I started at Assurant in 2009 as CIO for Brazil and then quickly tapped to lead Brazil operations reporting to Brazil’s CEO with matrix report to the regional COO and CIO. In 2013 I became a statutory director and in 2015 member of the IT Strategy Board.

The role of COO/CIO strengthened my skills by using IT & Ops combined as an enabler to achieve business goals. In 2015 with Claro up program, the 1st country outside US to leverage T-Mobile “JUMP” for mobile upgrade and trade-in I was nominated for Assurant’s Top Notch Performer award paired with the “Leading with Purpose” award. Also nominated in 2016 as Top Notch Performer.

A recent accomplishment was the launch of the “Services” line of business, supported by Oracle ERP, FedEx warehouse, a disposition chain to sell “as new” devices to B2B along with the My Wit store in Mercado Livre to sell direct to the end customer ( www.mywit.com.br )

In 2012 nominated to the \'Next Generation of Leaders\' a 15 months training program led by professors from Harvard, Kellogg School of Management and Kennesaw State University focused on Business Strategy, Innovation, Creativity, Influencing and Negotiations.

At MetLife 3 years in International and 5 years as IT Superintendent of MetLife Brazil. 2 years as the head of the Software Factory in G&P and the last 3 years as the head of IT and Outsourcing

From 1994 to 2012, he held a series of positions of increasing responsibility at AXA Group and was named CFO for AXA Equitable Life Insurance and AXA Financial in 2007.

Mr. Dziadzio holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainbleau, France and received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
