As a Wireless Technician, you will inspect, refurbish, test, program, tune, troubleshoot and repair complex radio frequency electro-mechanical devices such as mobile phones. You will work from complex schematics and diagrams, and utilize Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, RF Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers and Communication Test Sets to troubleshoot faults to the component level. A successful Wireless Technician II has demonstrated a higher level of skill than the Wireless Technician I and will typically handle the more complex and difficult tasks as needed.
Additionally, you will work independently at your station but will also have the opportunity to work in a friendly, team-oriented environment. This is a production environment with productivity requirements and quality standards. Job Summary:
The Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive is responsible for initiating client relationships, supporting producers by assisting with new business and providing excellent client service.

Achieving agency account retention goals through proactive account rounding, up-selling of limits and coverages, and by providing extraordinary client service
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and expertise for commercial property and casualty insurance accounts, assisting in account management and servicing.
Collaborate with producers to develop insurance quotes, explain complex coverage matters, and support proposal presentations to clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, carrier representatives, and internal teams through various channels (email, phone, in-person, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information that supports successful sales outcomes.
Prepare and compile comprehensive client submissions for insurance carriers, including detailed Construction, Occupancy, Protection, and Exposure (COPE) data, Loss Runs, Surveys, and Claims Analyses.
Create and maintain accurate insurance applications and submission documents for carrier review.
Negotiate optimal terms and conditions with carriers to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Collaborate with producers in developing and presenting client proposals.
Accurately document key conversations with clients and carriers regarding exposures, coverages, and recommendations.
Maintain thorough and organized notes on client and producer interactions, in compliance with documentation standards, including details of inquiries, issues, feedback, and follow-up actions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License (Property & Casualty) required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the South Florida Commercial Lines insurance market.
Thorough knowledge of brokerage operations and procedures, commercial lines rating, and applicable insurance laws/codes.
Experience using agency management systems, with a preference for Vertafore AMS360 and ImageRight.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, document management tools, and carrier proprietary systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Committed to maintaining confidentiality of financial, employee, and client information.
Preferred Requirements:
Completion of CISR or ACSR designation; currently enrolled in INS and/or API programs favorable.
Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management techniques.
Extensive knowledge of all lines of insurance, including sophisticated and less common coverages, especially those products represented through agency.

Participate in the renewal and new business activities that support underwriting decisions which are consistent with growth, retention and expense management goals.

Provide professional loss control services to Tokio Marine Clients and Tokio Marine Management, Inc.
Multiline service to cover Workers Compensation, Automobile, General Liability, Non-HPR property, Ocean Marine, and Inland Marine coverage lines.
Coordinates and conducts loss control surveys to determine and verify client operations, evaluate exposure related to insurance coverage provided, determine safety management controls in place to eliminate and reduce exposure, and develop recommendations where controls may need improvement. The evaluation process includes physical surveys and development of loss analysis information. In the end, to assist the client in their efforts to control exposure and minimize loss.
Coordinates and conducts loss control to develop information to be used by Underwriting in their evaluation of risk and insurability.
Provide loss control technical support to Tokio Marine Clients and Tokio Marine Departments such as Underwriting, Claim and Coordination.
Essential Job Functions:
Conducts multiline loss control surveys of prospects and clients to evaluate operation, exposure, and control information to be used by Underwriting in their decision-making process to write insurance business.
Provides and coordinates loss control service to clients requiring a minimum of annual service. This includes the development, implementation and maintenance of a loss control service plan and schedule per Department performance requirements.
Prepares reports for external clients (Insured and Producer “Confirmation Letter”)) and internal clients (Underwriting and Coordination “Internal Confidential Report”)) adhering to Department performance requirements. Documentation to include but is not limited to the following key areas:
1. Complete Casualty Loss Control Department internal report forms and client confirmation letters.
2. Loss Control services provided
3. Comprehensive description of operations
4. Existing and potential loss exposures
5. Verifiable loss exposure controls currently in effect
6. Accident review and analysis discussion
7. Recommendations for loss controls needed to eliminate or control loss exposures and agreement to implement the same
8. Recommendation follow-up
9. Loss Control Opinion of Risk for review by Underwriting
10. Future needs and service planning.
Assists in the development and presentation of programs and training seminars for clients and other departments in the Company.
Responds to special requests from Underwriting Department and clients with prior approval from Loss Control Department Management.
