Oversee all shift production and repair operations, including invasive and non-invasive services
Lead and support cross-functional teams to meet production goals and customer expectations

Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and materials teams to optimize workflow and inventory
Hire, train, and develop supervisors and technicians across multiple shifts

What are the requirements needed for this position?
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in production/repair operations leadership
Proven experience managing hourly teams in a manufacturing or repair environment
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies
Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Manage all communication with Materials, Operations and Fulfilment centers and in order to satisfy and process all insurance orders and timely shipment of devices within SLA.
- Using current warehouse management system (Oracle) to modify, migrate and push orders using technical knowledge in order to facilitate order flow until shipment.
- Verify all order lines and prepare reports on everyday basis and manage all shipment and respond to all inquiries for all status order and resolve all order issues - Monitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve using tools available
- Work in tandem with Purchasing department in order to resolve escalations for claims which can't be satisfied based on current stock availability
- Using tools available, this position is responsible to generate multiple reports in order to send priority and urgency to other departments. For example: Priorities needed to satisfy backorders. Receiving daily priorities, Kitting Priorities
- Technical research for current claims needing migration of existing models and execute those migrations in order to satisfy claims within SLA.
- Communicate with the Planning Department on devices that need to be prioritized from Production lines for all programs.
- Ensure FIFO is followed to satisfy older claims
- Depending on program and customer additional research will be needed in order to move orders from Entered status into Booked status, allowing the orders to be cascaded within the system
- Create different feedback reports to monitor overall SLA attainment on a daily/monthly basis and publish this data to stakeholders
- Create reports of status, pending shipment, and overall status of claims at a model level for all programs and the action items needed to fulfil and troubleshoot orders
- Other duties as assigned

General Summary:The Sales Consultant Associate is in active development to be a marketing and technical expert who represents Unum - educating and motivating other professionals to sell Unum products to their clients in the small case market. Responsibilities:
Follows Liberty Mutual's established standards and protocols to effectively manage assigned caseload of medical/disability cases and by applying clinical expertise assist to achieve optimal outcome and to facilitate claim resolution and disposition.
Effectively communicates with injured employees, medical professionals, field claims staff, attorneys, and others to obtain information, and to negotiate medical treatment and return to work plans using critical thinking skills, clinical expertise and other resources as needed to achieve an optimal case outcome.

Documents all RN activities accurately, concisely and on a timely basis. This includes documenting the medical and disability case management strategies for claim resolution, based on clinical expertise. Adheres to confidentiality policy.
Appropriately applies clinical expertise to claims and delivers services in an efficient and effective manner.
Accurately and appropriately documents time tracking for work performed. Achieves annual time tracking goal.
Handles special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to analyze and make sound nursing judgments and to accurately document activities.
Strong communication skills in order to build relationships with injured employees, medical professionals, employers, field claims staff and others.
Good negotiation skills to effectively establish target return to work dates and coordinate medical care.
Knowledge of state, local and federal laws related to health care delivery preferred.
Personal computer knowledge and proficiency in general computer applications such as Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook).

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Director of User Research to join our Experience Research team focusing on the experience. You will lead a team of two user researchers aiming to improve the customer experience. This role engages with senior stakeholders across the business within U.S. Retail Markets and requires a deep understanding of the U.S. Retail Markets business priorities. You will spend a majority of your time planning and executing complex research, while also prioritizing work and supporting the growth and development of your team.
You will play a key role in shaping our customers' user experience and translating insights into tangible impact. As part of the U.S. Retail Markets division, our Experience Research team is dedicated to designing, transforming, and delivering user-centric, efficient, and effective digital-first experiences for our diverse range of stakeholders. Working alongside a blend of user and market researchers, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX, Product, Process, and Technology to advocate for the user while aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Customer Experience Team - which includes managing stakeholders, prioritizing work utilizing the USRM business priorities, supporting the growth and development of two other UX Researchers, focused heavily on customer experiences.
Spearhead custom, unique and highly complex research initiatives to inform our customer experience strategy, directly impacting user satisfaction and driving business outcomes.
Champion our end-users by seamlessly integrating insights from diverse sources, including primary and secondary research, industry news, and operational data.
Forge high-trust partnerships with colleagues across multiple teams and departments, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Be a recognized expert within the organization - utilize expert-level knowledge to train others in user research methodologies and educate stakeholders on best practices and standards.
Lead high-visibility research projects, collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as UX, Product Owners, Process, IT, Analytics, and more.
Lead the objective-setting and discovery process, including user persona development, journey-mapping, and interpretation of user goals.
Influence business partners to act on research insights by providing clear, actionable recommendations and relevant business context.
Communicate findings with clarity and impact, tailoring your message for senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Embrace diversity of perspective and foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
8+ years of UX Research experience in a corporate agile setting, Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Master's degree preferred
Expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability studies, interviews, focus groups, surveys, card sorts, and heuristic reviews
Exceptional communication skills, adept at translating data into actionable insights both verbally and in writing
Expertise in data-driven storytelling, transforming raw data into compelling narratives and visualizations
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research tools like Qualtrics and UserZoom, as well as UX methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean UX
Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry techniques and tools
Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team-building abilities
Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
