Until his appointment as CEO, he was Moody’s Chief Operating Officer and drove strategic initiatives across the company. He served as President of Moody’s Investors Service from 2016 to 2019 and was Head of Moody’s Investors Service’s Global Commercial Group from 2013 to 2016, overseeing relationship management, product development, and strategy for the rating agency. Mr. Fauber has also served as Head of Moody’s Corporate Development. Prior to Moody’s, he held roles in alternative investments, corporate strategy & business development, and investment banking at Citi. Mr. Fauber earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. He and his wife have two children.

Mr. Menai is currently the President & CEO of CTBC Bank USA, where he oversees U.S. operations including the bank’s Commercial and Industrial, and Commercial Real Estate lending groups. Additionally, he serves as the Deputy Head of International Business. With 14 branches coast to coast in California, New Jersey, and New York, CTBC Bank is one of the first Asian American Banks to operate both in the Eastern and Western United States. A sought-after and frequent speaker on topics that include consumer banking, corporate banking, small business financing and fintech, Mr. Menai has spoken at Financial Times’ Global Banking Summit and the LAEDC Economic Forecast. In 2020, Mr. Menai was honored to be included in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s list of 500 most influential people in LA. Mr. Menai regularly provides industry and market analysis to major media and conferences including Bloomberg TV, The Economist, Financial Times, Los Angeles Times and The New York Times. As a strong advocate for undeserved students, Mr. Menai is a Board Member for the USC Rossier School of Education. Under the leadership of Mr. Menai, CTBC helped USC CAC expand to include 41 advisers in 36 schools in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Avner Mendelson has been with the Leumi Group since 2007 and was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Leumi - US in September 2013. During his tenure, he served as Head of Group Strategy and International Operations, as well as Chief of Staff. He has also served on Leumi’s US Board of Directors since 2012. Prior to joining the Leumi Group, Mendelson was a Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Company in London. Before that, he served in the Israeli Defense Forces for three years. Mendelson earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and his MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on both the Northeast Regional Board and the Board of Regents for the American Friends of The Hebrew University.
