ASSURED INFORMATION SECURITY CEO and leadership

Charles Green is the Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AIS.

Green has more than 20 years of experience in offensive and defensive information operations, as well as Department of Defense (DoD) information assurance (IA) research and development. Initially working as a contractor for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Green supported its program to investigate software and technologies to better protect critical military and civil information systems. Green and AIS, under his leadership, continue to support AFRL and its cyber mission. AIS has produced many specialized products for the highest levels of government in cyber security and computer network operations. As a long-standing member of the community, Green is a strong advocate for regional initiatives and economic development.

Green earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from SUNY IT in Utica, New York. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Central New York Defense Alliance (CNYDA), GreyCastle Security and Mohawk Valley Edge (MVEDGE). Green is also a member of the Mohawk Valley Regional Development Council (MVREDC). In 2019, Green was a semifinalist Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur Of the Year® (EOY) New York Award.

As CCO, Dan Kalil leads AIS’s commercial strategy with a focus on growth, diversity, profitability and reinvestment into the company’s advancement of next-generation cybersecurity research and development. He pursues opportunities to mature AIS’s intellectual property into viable commercial offerings, while establishing key partnerships and leading M&A opportunities that strengthen the company’s portfolio of critical capabilities and positively impact the overall value of AIS. In addition to serving this role, Kalil is also CEO at GreyCastle Security, a majority owned subsidiary of AIS.

Over the course of the last 20 years, Kalil has held critical positions in almost every facet of cybersecurity, beginning as a computer forensic examiner and progressing through the management and leadership ranks. During his tenure at AIS, Kalil has led the creation of various internal programs and functions, while also leading numerous corporate strategy and leadership development initiatives. He is a co-founder of AIS.

Scott Robidoux is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for AIS. In this position, Robidoux leads day to day operations and oversees and guides expansion as well as the diversification of our technology offerings. Robidoux joined AIS in 2018 as a Senior Account Manager and later that year was named Business Development Manager for the company.

Prior to joining AIS, Robidoux completed 22 years of a combination of active duty/reserve military service in the United States Navy. After an 8-year run as the owner/operator of South Trenton Electric, Robidoux’ s career supporting Department of Defense (DoD) continued as a defense contractor supporting the AFRL Information Directorate in Rome, New York. After joining Booz Allen Hamilton in 1999, Robidoux advanced within the firm to the position of Principal/Director and Business Operations Manager for the Rome office. In this role, Robidoux successfully led the local Air Force Command, Control, Communications and Cyber (AFC4) team through unprecedented growth providing technical support and solutions throughout the Air Force and National Intelligence Communities.

Robidoux holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from California Coast University along with various course work through University of Maryland. Certifications include: Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Business Development Capture/Proposal Management.

Elizabeth Bowers,SPHR/SHRM-SCP is a Chief Human Resources Officer & Sr. VP at ASSURED INFORMATION SECURITY and Head of HR, AIS Cyber Security: An Employer of Choice | Can you “Hack It”? Supporting and Defending at ASSURED INFORMATION SECURITY and is based in Rome, New York. She has worked as HR and Payroll Administrator at Griffin’s Marine Distributors; Vice President (VP), Corporate Benefits and Human Resources (HR) Compliance at CONMED CORP; and Vice President (VP), Corporate Benefits and Compensation at CONMED CORP. Elizabeth attended Syracuse University at Utica College and Sage Graduate School.

Philippe Content is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at AIS. In this role, Content leads the Finance Department, including Accounting and Contracting. Early in his career, he was part of the Allied Command Europe Mobile Forces as a Company Commander. Prior to joining AIS, he served as an Investment Banker in New York City and also supported Bell Labs in a strategic role before starting his own consulting firm. Content has served in CFO roles for the last 12 years with more than $10 billion in transaction experience.

Content earned a master’s degree in Engineering Sciences from the Royal Military Academy, Polytechnic Division in Brussels, Belgium and an MBA from Boston University.
