WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
8+ years of direct experience providing technical support to Front Office trading desks.
In-depth knowledge of fixed income and delta one products, trading workflows, and market data systems.
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian suite, etc.).
Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk (or FreshService) and ticket-based workflows.
Experience with conference room technologies (e.g., Neat, Crestron, Logitech AV systems) is advantageous.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of serving as the initial point of contact for traders, handling expectations and providing solutions promptly.
Series 99 certification or an equivalent credential is a plus.

The Strategic Business Development Representative's (otherwise known as Strategic Account Representative) goal is to fill the Sales team's pipeline with qualified opportunities with our most Strategic prospects. The StrAR role is instrumental in the success and growth of the business and gives individuals ample opportunity to use their personality & creative/strategic thinking abilities to directly influence conversations with our prospects. The StrAR role is designed to provide individuals with hands-on experience in a fast-paced start-up environment where things are constantly changing and evolving. Success in this role will lead to internal opportunities in Sales, Client Experience, Marketing, Partnerships, Strategic Accounts, etc. within 18-24 months. This hybrid position requires 2 days on-site per week in our NYC office.
Responsibilities:
Develop new relationships through phone, email, and social media communications in order to establish meetings with senior level decision makers in companies across your assigned North America territory
Assess the prospect's needs, identify and build upon pain points, explain Movable Ink solutions, and qualify/disqualify prospects on introduction/discovery calls and meetings to then hand off for your Account Director to begin their sales process
Work with your Account Director(s) to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Take & log organized notes, build out presentation decks, gather contact information & nurture contacts post-opportunity
Research accounts and prospects thoroughly, identifying pain points, company-wide initiatives, and director-level objectives in order to formulate an outreach and execution strategy with your Account Director
Build mock-ups for prospects that illustrate how Movable Ink can provide additional value beyond what they're currently doing
Utilize our sales database and prospecting tools to manage your pipeline and maintain accurate information about suspects, prospects, and their companies
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a marketing or sales development role
Self-motivation and the desire to work successfully in a fast-paced, highly strategic sales environment
Experience with prioritization and organization in a professional environment; both in person and remotely
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, management, and other departments
The base pay for this position is $60,000/year, which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Green Revolution is expanding rapidly across New York, and we are seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Representative to own and grow our New York City North territory, spanning Upper Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx.
You will be the point person driving sell-in, sell-through, education, and brand presence across approximately 80+ accounts, covering neighborhoods and areas such as Harlem, Washington Heights, Inwood, Morningside Heights, Astoria, Long Island City, Sunnyside, Jackson Heights, Forest Hills, Jamaica, Flushing, Riverdale, Kingsbridge, Fordham, and surrounding communities.
This role blends relationship-driven sales, brand education, and field marketing execution. You will manage monthly visit cycles, in-field marketing, open new accounts, run vendor days, support product launches, and collaborate closely with leadership to grow Green Revolution into a top-ranking brand in New York City. This role is ideal for a dedicated sales and company representative who thrives on being in-market, building trust face-to-face, and turning strong store relationships into consistent sales performance.
This territory was strategically consolidated to create a focused, high-impact urban region with significant upside. As our first dedicated rep in this region, you will play a major role in shaping our long-term success in New York City.

Green Revolution is an innovative leader in cannabis wellness, originating in Washington State. Our portfolio includes Doozie Gummies, WildSide MAX Shots, and Water-Based Tinctures, fast-acting, targeted formulations crafted with natural ingredients and functional botanical blends.
We are scaling in New York and seeking driven, authentic professionals to bring our products to new customers and deepen our presence in established markets.
Key Responsibilities
📈 Sales & Territory Ownership
Manage and grow a territory of approximately 80 dispensaries across Upper Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx
Drive sell-in through proactive outreach, account management, and relationship building
Collaborate with distributor reps to align on shared priorities, territory execution, and account strategy
Increase sell-through by monitoring movement, identifying opportunities, and coaching retail staff
Open new stores each month while maintaining a consistent monthly visit cadence
📍 Field Marketing & Store-Level Relationship Building
Act as the primary in-market presence for Green Revolution, building strong face-to-face relationships with buyers, managers, and store staff
Use consistent store visits, education, and brand support to ensure accounts are familiar with the brand prior to phone or follow-up sales conversations
Create a seamless field-to-phone connection so outreach feels expected, welcomed, and productive rather than cold
Identify key decision-makers, buying cadence, and store-specific needs through in-person engagement
Strengthen long-term account retention by maintaining visibility, trust, and reliability at the store level
🎓 Training & Education
Provide budtender education on cannabinoids, brand values, and product differentiation
Conduct in-store sessions to increase product knowledge, confidence, and reorder velocity
📣 Marketing & Brand Activation
Lead and coordinate vendor days, pop-ups, trainings, and seasonal activations
Execute promotional strategies aligned with brand priorities, launches, and campaigns
Ensure stores are properly merchandised and that products have strong visibility

Compensation
$50,000 base salary
Commission structure tied to monthly revenue growth and account performance
Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile outside a one-hour radius of home base
